Emperor, heres a new vid Idea: What if Gamefreak were to introduce 3 Types per available for a Pokemon?
Lots of the existing Pokemom ever since gen 1 are actually 3 types: Beedrill = Bug + Poison + Bug; Zubat = Flying + Poison + Dark; and many more.

I remember three Pokemon I designed when I was a kid.
One was the Fire Fairy starter. The water starter was fighting and the grass one was steel. The fire fairy starter line was Luvira, Luviflame and Luvareya. They were made up of hearts.
The Bug Fairy started out as pure bug (like Luvira before it evolves) and was called Wormigug. The middle stage was also pure bug and it was called Egiug. The final stage was a spider butterfly called Spidetter.
There were two fire grass Pokemon. They were Salstyle and Guacomigo. I recently had an idea about what I could do with them. I could make one a physical attack with solar blade and the other a special attacker with solar beam. They would have a signature abitily as their normal ability but they would have drought as their hidden ability.
Edit: I remembered another one. It was a poison steel type which evolved based on its stats. One with high attack would evolve into one based on thallium (one of the most toxic metals), one with high defense would evolve into lead (commonly used for its durability and malleability) and one with high speed would evolve into mercury (QUICKsilver)

When I think of kangaroos they live in the outback which is usually very dusty this is where the ground type takes place. As for fighting well they're known for their powerful kicks and being aggressive fighters. Even in some cartoons they're seen as boxers so they can be quite a powerhouse.
