It took awhile to figure out that the boot rim has lips that need to be separated to fit over the flange. Once I learned that from your watching your video, I was able to do the job. Of the videos I watched, your was the most informative. Thank you.
I have been trying for hours to slide the bellow over the plastic cylinder at the bottom, but it keeps popping out. Any suggestions on how to keep it from doing that? I need to get this done, please.
Thank you for replying. I have put some dish soap onto the boot lip. It keeps popping off after I have went slowly around the entire basket with the boot.

Have you tried putting some liquid detergent on the inside lip of the bellows to allow it to easily slip onto the plastic tub rim.
