I have longed to hear this song literally for decades! I lost track of this album and another one by BCC, "Sweet, Sweet Spirit" Amazingly, I had just tried yesterday 9/29/17 to call/email Wes Ross to see if there were any possible way to recover copies of these two albums... to no avail. Then I remembered a song, "If This Is Not A Place" (forgetting it was also by Ken Medema) Instead up pops, Moses - Ken Medema - BCC Chorale. Wait, What? Instant tears and praise to God almighty Who even cares this much for His children. A true Hallelujah moment! Thank you Andrew Rice! God has used you to make this old man VERY HAPPY!
Our college choir (1975) used to sing this song. We loved singing it. The audience loved hearing it. My younger sister (who was also a member of the choir) and I, when we get together, sing this even today!
Our college choir (1976/77) used to sing this song as well. Your story sounds a lot like mine. Hard to sing it today without tears of the joy that it brought to so many. My twin sister and I were in the choir. Still a favorite.😄
I heard this song over 50 years ago while in college. Those last lyrics have stayed in my mind all these years.
This is absolutely beautiful.

@@launajohnson4269 Awesome! Sounds like you have great remembrances. What college did you attend?
I hadn't realised just how brilliant the Chorale was
Hallelujaaahh
beautifully sung but the tempo changes are too much for me
