I've been a fan of 32HR magnum since I purchased caliber adapters for my Judge revolver, over ten years ago. Finally, someone is talking seriously about the proper ammo for a J frame. And it's not 38 special.

About 25 years ago, me and my father each bought airweight Smiths. He got the 32 H&R Magnum, and I got the 38 Special. My father passed in 2012. I traded the 38 for a small boat & motor, and kept the 32. I am a hand loader & love the 32H&R!

"did that just blow up?" -- my reaction every time I've shot .357 in a snub.

I shot my first revolver when I was 5 years old. My dad was a cop and took me out to the desert to shoot. I spent 27 years in large agency law enforcement. I was a firearms instructor and was in a specialized SWAT team. I spent over half my career with revolvers. I never felt under gunned with one. I';ve been retired for over 20 years and daily carry a stubby revolver. I just ordered a Lipsey 632 UC in 32 H&R magnum. It will be easy to carry, reliable, and effective. I go to the range about once a month and do an annual LEOSA qualification shoot. For me this is a fire extinguisher gun. I no longer run to the sound of gunfire and I am not a community sheep dog. My taxes pay for a big group of young guys and gals to perform that function.

I picked up a S&W 30-1 a bit ago and sent it in to Dave Lauck to work his magic. It will be my ultimate geezer gun when I advance into decrepitude. The S&B and Buffalo Bore wadcutters are potent and so controllable. You have to appreciate a 6-shot J-frame. Great show, gents!

As someone who works a local gun counter, I routinely deal with individuals (mostly ladies) who want something to defend themselves but are never going to be gun people who go to the range or go to courses. A revolver is a great gun for someone who isn’t going to put in much effort into training

I thought I saw you two in the background of the TFBTV video! I'd love to have a 351C (22 mag) with that Lipsey's treatment.

Bryan is spot on! We need to embrace the 20 million new gun owners/average people who need to know the basics. They are not going to 1000 dollar courses a couple of times a year and spending thousands on guns and accessories. Knowing how to safely handle and fire their handgun is what they need. Let's start there.

I bought both the UC 32HR along with the new blued SP101 327 magnum. Only thing I wish was different, I would have liked an option for the UC to come as a humpback shrouded hammer to have the best of both worlds with concealment and potential for long range accuracy with a single action trigger

Good luck you'll need it, the days of the wheel gun left with Lt. Callahan and his .44 magnum.

Is there another part to this video somewhere? A part one? Do you realize you gave no intro, no summary, nothing?!! I am familiar with Lipseys, a fan of the 32s and I STILL can't figure out what this disjointed video is about.

At the very beginning I outlined the main points but our discussions go wherever they go. American Fighting Revolver is the name of the organization we are discussing.

Well I guess that leaves out the webley😂 but that 1858 new model .44 and the .357 magnum have some clout that's for sure.

We sooooo need to get rid of section 230 and get all big tech under publisher laws and subject them to Constitutional rule of law. Stop all this arbitrary censorship. Yeah. I like my Taurus 856 Defender +P three inch. I shoot my autoloaders well but I shoot revolvers better and they are more reliable. All three of my sisters like their revolvers and will not touch an autoloader. They hate the hassles and racking the slides of autoloaders. Folks talk about capacity all the time but in reality a five second gunfight will be over before even a revolver needs to be reloaded and probably won't get through the whole cylinder. There is that less than one percent chance of a longer gunfight but we do have extra ammo if needed. I don't stake my life on averages though so I carry extra ammo whether revolver or autoloader. Revolvers are actually picking up in popularity especially the pocket revolvers so we are seeing more new revolvers hitting the market. Some are folks that are new to revolvers having only shot autoloaders and discover that they like them. Great discussion guys. Thanks for the wheel love.

IMO if they want criminals, there are plenty in downtown. They want criminals ,why hold back.. want to keep moral high ground, look where that gets you. Momma told me son, be a simple man. I can see clearly now, go rest high on that mountain. Your work has just begun. Just sayin.
