I'm pleased to find this video. I need to build six windows to replace the existing single-glazed units and your experience is valuable to me. What blade do you use for the wider cuts on the table saw?
Hi Frank. Firstly, thank you for the coffee. In is a 6mm grooving blade made by a company called Orange. They are available on Amazon. They are by no means necessary though. You could just run more passes with a standard blade. Kind regards JP

I'm having a crack at making a couple of awning windows to replace some old dry rotted cedar sliders. Looks like I need to expand on my repertoire of power tools!!? I should have got a table saw instead of the compound miter !! Of well, she'll be right 👍
