    Geez.. all sounds so intellectual... I had years of depression.. then once I started reading the Bible and Trusting God and his word.. he has hundreds of Bible verses that say Give Thanks in all things.... I wake up everyday and choose to be happy and grateful.. my favorite verse is “This is the day the Lord has made, I will rejoice and be Glad I it””” it’s that simple.. we can choose to be happy...
