Great Video! Is there a way to edit the text in the popup window after you crop/group the text with the exit button? I'm looking to build a weekly report with editable text. TY

I appreciate your thorough explanation. How do I hide the animations when I exit presentation mode?

Hi, very informative one, quick question though, I have implemented the same for a workflow, to state current & future process. In there a way to to see the previous slide content i.e. I have 2 buttons a1 & b1 it works fine if I click in a sequence but if I press b1 first is there a way to show the popup?

I tried this but the fade-out animation is triggered by the entire group, not by the close (multiplication) button. Even in your video it can be seen that the cursor has a hand shape when you hover the entire area and not just the close button. So the close button is useless. I think the problem is caused by the grouping of elements, because if I don't group them I could trigger the action on close button otherwise it does not appear in the trigger options.

Yes I agree with your point. The close button is just for a graphical representation to hide the entire group. Actually you click anywhere will hide the group. I did this way coz it is the most appropriate way with less step. If i create x button seperate, it need two more animation to add.

I'm on a mac and this didn't create two instances of the animation for me.
