Yes! Convincing everyone to start running, usually “come do a park run” When you own more running shoes than normal shoes When you look at another runner in your local area to see if you know them or not. When you’re running calendar takes over your social calendar “oh sorry can’t make that date, got a race /training session etc” When the only watch you wear is your running watch... constantly...
Read the video title and thought: I'm lazy and slow, I will probably score 5, maybe 6.. Passed the test with a flying 8 out of 10... Very proud of myself :)
I identity with all of them except I wish everything I heard would just stay in kilometres. I can't memorize get annoyed when I can't immediately convert.

The Running Channel could you do a video about running nutrition?
The run bowel movement is a cliche, another great reason if you're going running to go out in the country.
When you train you need fuel: kh, transport water thea koffee, recovery proteïne milk, qwark, eggs.........
0-60 min only water
60-120 30gr kh every hour

Convincing everyone to start running, usually “come do a park run”
When you own more running shoes than normal shoes
When you look at another runner in your local area to see if you know them or not.
When you’re running calendar takes over your social calendar “oh sorry can’t make that date, got a race /training session etc”
When the only watch you wear is your running watch... constantly...
