Thanks for ALL your videos and being such a regular guy, fun to follow and learn from. I am done with the weight loss, and now focusing on building a little more muscle. Even though I believe I did build muscle with the weight loss, I can now have fun maintaining my weight, and put that same energy into growth. Still trying to bulk to 195-200 before i go on a cut, can sometimes be hard to motivate but vids like this assure me im doing everything right and that i gotta trust the process

37 year old female amateur runner, hypertrophy training since September 2023: would the RP app work around/with my running training blocks?

I was too busy drooling over the thought of eating pizza in chuck e cheese, but I think I get most of the jist... don't yell at your uber driver and boom... muscle growth
but in all seriousness, I started my workout journey around the middle of march and I'm still figuring sheit out but I'm already seeing good results... videos like these give me the confirmation that I need, that I'm not messing it up, and it also gives me good advices... soooo, thanks man ^...^

i have struggled with this a lot over the years. Now at 47 years old, I lean toward over resting more often than not.. I'm not after super fast gains..slow and small gains are okay. Mindset is everything. I am happy with how I am now, (can always be better but not ashamed of my fitness level for now) so a slow gain month, or just a maintenance month is okay.

Will lifting lighter loads with longer time under tension, say 3 second negative with 2 sec pause, yield better results than heavier loads at a 1:1 time ratio for reps?
