Neat note: When Overhaul remembers Eri's Quirk, he doesn't even care about getting his arms, and by extension, his Quirk, back. All he wants is for his Pops to be okay
In every preview for the next episode deku will always end with 'Go beyond, plus ultra'.But for the preview for ep 135,he ended with "I,ll be fine".Not sure if this is the first time he didn't say plus ultra but man this hits hard.
Not only that, he did an absurdly powerful attack, but it was by his precision and choice to graze her arm enough with it, just to break it without making more damage than necessary to Nagant, he was in full control at the end of the fight
Overhaul's pops IS alive. It's just that Overhaul had put him in a comatose state by using his quirk to reorganize the man's insides. The original plan was to fix the man after Overhaul had made their organization strong again through the quirk-erasing bullets but, now that he's lost his arms, he can't fix his pops hence why he wants/needs Eri to rewind his pops. Greed was a big reason for use Eri for the organization, but an equally big reason was because he wanted to repay his pops for taking him in. Now that everything else has failed, he wants to apologize to his pops. A bit sad to see how broken he is, but I'd be lying if I said he didn't deserve it.
Fa Jin is exactly what deku needed to be able to fight alone. 45% is his limit, but with Fa Jin, it allows him to mimic a 100% smash due to the stored power, hence the faux 100%. It’s badass, and knowing that once he unlocks more of OFA, he’ll have basically 150%!!
her shots are wayyyy faster than that. her bullet she shot at chisaki made time look like it's still compared to it, which means that bullet was easily massively hypersonic+ - sub-relativistic(as making raindrops appear still in reference is around that level of speed), and then deku moved so fast that he not only made the bullet appear to be still..but he INSTANTLY went from his position way back there to infront of the bullet while the bullet was at pointblank range from chisaki. this immediately puts faux 100% deku at relativistic+ - FTL
This episode shows a *culmination* for pay off with Deku since the beginning, characterized with studying quirks and combining their use for effectiveness. Like recalling for sport festival calvary team battle in S2 with him as team captain. In S3 for camp arc with catching up to villains using his friend's quirks after his body was busted after Muscular fight, again in S3 with him using combined effort to rescue Bakugo from being kidnapped, and all those other training arcs working with classmates too. So that was the foundation for him then to now, in order to appreciate seeing him reach a new level for it.
Im hoping the ending conflict of the series is resolved by him acting as a general after finding OFA isnt enough for him to end things on its own. Cause honestly both OFA and AFO are strong because of accumulated power from other people, so why wouldn't everyone (30-40 characters) coming together intelligently be weaker than Deku with 7 quirks
This timeline just shows what happens when you try to always have the heroes only show the bright side of things. Now that a bunch of bad things about heroes are coming to light, the hero society and trust in it has completely crumbled. If the bad things weren't trying to be hidden all this time, the trust wouldn't completely crumble because they would have already known it's not always good. The shock would have been more gradual rather than a cliff dive.
Overhaul didn't kill his Pops at the start of that operation, he messed with his body to put him in a coma until his work was done with the plan to fix him once he could show him what he had worked towards. Ever since Shigaraki took away his arms all he's been able to think about is how he fucked up and can't fix him anymore.
I don't remember if the manga went like this, but having Nagant explain her backstory by using speakers on her bullets as a distraction is a pretty damn cool touch tbh
Idk why but people be confused with the meaning of “faux”, all it means is like fake or artificial, so in this case it’s basically a fake 100% since deku using fa Jin to boost him to that power yk
Did they ever say who the trator in the school was or have they sortov shied away from that angle?? I always thaught the pricipal was a bit sus. Also how cool would it be if Airey used her powers to rewind All might to the point where he also has all for one again to help deku at the end
The traitor was meant to he revealed in the Forest Training arc but Hori had postpone it and cut the arc shorter than intended due to poor reception in Japan
I'll be honest. For a thing I've been plotting out, I had to find _some magical little way_ for a bunch of _otherwise normal folks_ to keep up with certain others. One of my favourites, was the ability to absorb or redirect kinetic energy. Giving them the ability to slowfall, fly, block, maneuver _and_ attack. Plus I _kind_ of wanted things to ramp up DBZ-style. 'Cause if they're zipping around, you'll _still_ have lots of shots of their hair flowing like they went Super Saiyan. Hell, one of my favorite examples of its use, would be something on a battlefield- with armored warmachines, impenetrable until one of _those_ characters starts _shaking._ Like they've been building up energy since the fight broke out, going straightup all-might with just the force of the air _punching a hole._ As soon as I saw Deku charging his legs, I almost shit. I was about to see it in practice!
A potential terrorist says "We were just planning" and you're like "ThE hErOeS ArE ThE BaD OnEs" XDDDDD In anime in general they always fail to make things like that actually well written and to find a good reasoning. Same with Endeavor story, he wasn't rly the bad one.
It’s very clear that overhaul went mad with power, and when he lost it his father was the only thing he had left. He doesn’t even care if he gets it back now, the only thing on his mind is seeing if his father’s ok. It’s obvious the show is trying to humanize its villains, but it still thinks that the best villains have no redeeming qualities. Which kind of hurts its message imo. With that in mind, and as with most My Hero Academia things, unfortunately, I can easily predict how this show is going to end.
He's not as strong, but he still has all the fighting skills he's learned in his multiple decades as the world's best hero. That and, they were just two nobodies with little to no mental fortitude. The sheer CLOUT and PRESENCE All Might has meant he had them mentally beaten right from the jump. Even if he is weakened, being told you have to fight someone you were raised to view as a demigod will make you cower.

In all honesty though, The way Deku Went and just Broke Nagant's Gun Arm like it was Plastic, that is LITERALLY THE DEFINITION OF BADASS.

Even higher. His other quirks get stronger with the higher percent of OFA being used. So Fa jin in actual 100% will be much higher than Fa jin in 45%.
Midoriya needed to spam his emote to boost his attack 😂
Deku in the manga said her shots sre faster than a howitzer bullet so deku is already massively hypersonic
Honestly,i feel like current deku is already relativistic,Gear shift is deadass a blitzx5
@@gabrielmachado1247 Gear Shift makes him Mftl+
