Shiggy having horrible lips makes sense due to his quirk, like how the hell is he supposed to chap his lips when he can't use all his fingers to do so, He Physically can't apply chapstick & the others probably wouldn't do it either, their villains there not gonna go out of their way to chap someone elses lips. The Same thing probably goes for his hair, he can't really brush it because he can't fully grab a brush to do so, and the others wont do it because their villains.

@@IceBreadtheBread no, decaying has a speed, just like anything, it’s not existence deletion. There’s no way decay would travel fast enough through air that it would kill Goku before he could blast him from mid-long range. Decaying couldn’t move faster than light, it’s easy enough to see by the fact that the faster heroes could still outrun it on the ground, and by the physics of how the molecules of air are farther apart than solids like the ground, decay would move slightly slower through air than on solid ground. Also, Shiggy can’t decay souls, cuz souls don’t decay, aka Goku could easily come back pretty easily with one favor from king Kai.

@@IceBreadtheBread now that I think about it, even if Goku attacked from melee distance, Goku has been shown moving in stopped time (obviously way faster than the speed of light) decaying is the process of deterioration which physically cannot occur at a speed faster than light, we’re already speculating that Shiggy could somehow decay air and water which already cannot deteriorate, if we were to speculate that he could decay faster than the speed of light and that he could decay souls, why not just speculate that he’s Zeno, or Rimuru, or Anos at that point.

It should be the same for most MC's.
Naruto with kcm2 cloack,luffy in g4 or g5,ichigo with his shihakusho made of reiatsu etc.
I.e anything made up of purely energy can't be decayed.
