Got one of these calls about a month ago. Since I was driving from NC to FL and had nothing else to do, I decided to have fun with this guy. I spend about 45 minutes asking all sorts of questions and he made it pretty easy, because he claimed that this only affected my IPAD and not my IPhone or my Apple computers. I went round and round with him saying that I didn't understand how it would only affect 1 device, when all 4 of them were Apple products and they were all connected to the same account. He said he only needed the username and password for my IPAD, but I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that, because all 4 devices had the same login information. After 45 minutes of this round and round, he was frustrated and told me that if I didn't give him the information, he was going to terminate the call and my device would just remain infected with this virus. I asked him if I could get in 1 more question and he agreed. Here's the question...."Could you please explain to me how my Apple products can be infected, when I have never in my life, owned any Apple product?" Of course he promptly cursed me out and hung up. Hey, it kept me awake while driving down I95, so he did me a great service.

So it's the carrot and the stick, you either stay and get guaranteed a few meals a day plus at least some income or you try and leave get beat up and will probably struggle to feed yourself or provide for your family.
The best is when you get a call aboout your vehicle's warranty running out while you're sitting under the rain waiting for the bus. I'm like "Bruh"
Dog dog broooo I fucking died reading this lmaooo
Just imagine the guy double scammed him and all the stuff about the call center was made up.
Tikkler he did
Absolutely. Love your podcast! You have a great sense of humor and a great heart.
Keep doing what you're doing. You're making a difference every day. I have contacted many of my friends and warned them about many of the scams that you have brought up
" We will not tell anyone such as the police and stuff" Yeah.... Not gonna tell police.... Just gonna show it to 1mil + people lol.
Police are corrupt
Police in india (especially in north ) is bad trust me
Kolkata is were most scammers are and they have their call centres there
Ben: “I feel like you might be scami-“ Scammer: “NO ThIs iS nOt SCam.” Me: “SCAM!”
Dude I love what you do, this vid warms my hart that there are people like you that don't yell at them/scold them for doing it
but you instead help them, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR DOING THAT!!!
I feel for these guys, and I would probably be doing the same if I was in their situation. Life isn't fair sometimes.
Imagine the person on the phone said "can I live with you"
I wonder what the reaction is
🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Brian’s gonna have a hard time spending that money when he has no hands.
The boss is gonna cut off his fingers for stealing...maybe!!?
You don’t really think about the deep incentive when it comes to these scams. I’m really glad you’ve done this, you’ve opened my eyes.
I really really appreciate what you did Pleasant Green.......reaching out to those numbers so they wouldn't be defrauded. I love that. Keep up the good work Sir 🙏❤️
He sounds like he’s pretending to have an accent to be honest
Adam Chopstick u watched the video
Ali Rehmetullah ya my bad more like the first half he sounded like he was pretending
Pretty sure he just got this man's hands cut off 😱
It's an elaborate scam. He made an update video
The Thing Is Brian Isn’t Indian, He Just A 15 Year Old On A Apple Ipad Trying To Scam, Don’t Worry Brian Doesn’t Work For A Call Center, He is Underage, So Don't Worry.
imagine if that was a fake story and he just wanted you to feel bad and give money :D
A Meta scam.
Imagine thinking apple would WILLINGLY admit to a data breach. LMAO
I don’t believe a word of it. He’s selling a story for $20, and he can be as creative as he wants.
@TheOblivion and you trust a scamming little parasite just because he spun that sob story yarn? You’re obviously the type that thinks the IRS accepts gift cards.
@TheOblivion so is your mother’s box
@TheOblivion you started this entire thing... the only one that’s an upset kiddie is you
@TheOblivion yeah, so don’t be so upset!
@TheOblivion I would side with you but check one of his later videos, he figured out this "Indian" scammer is actually some kid in Georgia of the U.S. on an IPad and that he made the whole thing up
That does not sound like a legit Indian accent. 🤔
its scripted man
@EIectronic Arts you wanna supply evidence for that one, bud?
@EIectronic Arts I asked for you to provide evidence, not advertise him. Stop hiding behind a curtain and give me your side of the story
EIectronic Arts
...are you an Indian scammer trying to trick people into believing this is fake⁉️🤔
Scripted it’s his son
Ive never enjoyed watching people rake leaves until this video.
Brian’s probably thinking, “get rekt noob”
"Safari or Google Chrome" Doesn't Firefox exist? Oh wait, Firefox is the only one that warns you about malicious sites.
aaaaaand thats why i use firefox
Brave browser gang 😎
@@Gamingguy-my4wn Yeah! It gives you money watchind ads! And blocks youtube ads! Brave supremacy forever!
@@danigeo247 all hail brave browser 🙏
@@Gamingguy-my4wn Yeah!
I don’t know that story sounds like a scam to get you to pay money for a sob story.
It was. The "Apple scammer" was actually a random teenager in Georgia who made up the sob story. ruclips.net/video/9bT3v1dLTNY/видео.html
9:27 little did he know..
10:38 if you play this second in slowmo and pause at the right time you can see all the number uncensored
Scam caller : We have detected unusual activity on you Apple Account.
Me : Wait... But I am on Android.
Ay don't you have a bunch of sisters to be getting to or something, what are you doing here.
I can imagine the call center boss watching this
I’ve never felt sorry for a scammer before. I don’t know how to feel about this one.🤔
Deano dw he’s full of shit the kids from America and he’s a lying ass
It’s fake buddy, you can tell the guys American putting on an accent.
@@finalchapter1899 proof?
@@ahmadzaffrannorhisham9361 pleasant green made another video. He revealed it was a kid named logan from georgia
Deano, i think if you felt sorry for this scammer is bc of his background and how he unwillingly became a scammer. It's because you sympathize him and that's okay, because we are humans, it's programmed in our heads.
Very nice of you to help that person out. You are very smart when it comes to the scams, and finding out about the scams.
This didn’t age well
"your apple id is compromised" *realizes that I'm on a android*
This kid has got really good English for a young poor Indian kid.
The leaf cleaning was the best part of the vid.
"Mr. Pleasant Green / Mr. Ben Dover, I would like to reach you about your youtube channel extended warranty!"
He sounds like a kid locked in so they can't take smoke breaks, sounds like any sweat shop dump
It’s not a good day for Bryan’s coworkers when they lose their jobs
Memekazie true
And get beat up
I have a friend who got that text message warning him about the scam. Such a cool coincidence that I found this video.
I love your channel. Keep up the good work !
he just did scam you for the 20. another level of the scam for them now - if someone is wasting their time, or "catching" them, just make the sob story for 20 and confess. they will make money on you, Ben and other youtube indian scam time wasters.
edit: scammed for 100$.
I was thinking this same thing. You might be on to something.
That’s a plot twist
I'm thinking the same they've been told to get something out of every call
Ya. And Pleasant is a prick for putting him in a situation to get his ass beat for $80 bucks.
actually it's 20 for the initial + 80 for the stolen list i believe
-Do they feed you?
-Yes sir. They do feed us.
I'm dead😂🤣😂😂🤣
Plot twist: Brian spilling the beans was the script the whole time and he got $80 out of so I mean he did money
I'm so amazed you did that, you are a protector of the people, thank you. Felt sorry for "Brian" too, and well done to him for stealing those numbers.
Everybody gansta till the story was a scam too
3:16 Biggest sarcasm of 2020 so far.
Edit: Nvm that poor dude prob is depressed. I feel bad for him ngl.
@7:28 when he said "I thought it was going to be LEGIT" I know something is up, no one in India uses that word
S Nademi to be fair, wouldn’t it be possible for him to pick up slang contacting people through the call center?
@@joeallen9897 that is a very valid point! 🤔
He’s just trying to fit in let him be
he has too good English to be a scammer in India. he could get a better job if he has English knowledge of that level. And the biggest giveaway that he is not an Indian is his African(ish) pronunciation of words
Apoorv Bajpai that’s pretty good insight.
definitly unfair to "Brian" to leak so much personal information about him like his boss password if he risks his life. As he said to you on the call..
he's got a pretty distinct voice so this video probably made some bad shit happen to him
I can confirm that the scammer is faking an Indian accent...
