Focusing on the video at hand, I think the choice to deemphasize/stylize Dizzy's guardian spirits is interesting as heretofore they've had a lot of personality unto themselves. At the same time, it makes for a lot of busy effects in a game that already has a lot of them (COUNTER!). I think she looks easier to use than her Xrd iteration, but time will tell who will gravitate to her and how she fits in the meta.
