That ozark trail is pretty good but it is heavier than hell, and awkward to carry. If you only need something cooled down for the day that igloo is just fine. Thx for the vid
Something that might be worth pointing out. As I stand here in Walmart the Ozark Trail one costs $92 and the Igloo one costs $18. And we are talking about coolers with the capacity that you are really not going to be needing them to for 3 days worth of storage. In fact, the Ozark Trail stuff is being out-tested by the slightly cheaper Lifetime stuff now. The problem with the Lifetime 28-quart cooler is that there is no drain plug.
You convince me to buy $9 igloo 25 quart found on the clearance shelf and saved a bunch $. You all know $90 buys a lot of ice. I'm never more than 3 days away from a gas station with supplies and ice. Fit's perfectly on the back of my jetski.
True, but I do prechill my cooler when I take long road trips or I know I won’t be around ice for a few days.even when the ice melts on the last day the water is still freezes cold along with the drinks so it’s still good for that day.
Just bought the igloo if it'll hold ice for 2.5 days.... It was totally worth the $12.50 I paid for it.

I love my igloo for Indoor cooler. No drain hole-no leak. Will keep ice 4-5 days inside 15 pack of beer and packed with ice.

I noticed the ozark doesn't have a drain plug. Would there be a way to add one?
What are the odds, I just replaced the same igloo with the same OT. Thanks for taking the time.
Please precool the cooler, stick some ice in overnight, remove, put in test ice. A huge amount of the ice is used to initially lower the temperature.
Most people buying these coolers would not be doing that so I feel this test is more accurate in a real life situation.

Great job. Thank you.
