To reset the Echo Show 5 you will need to have the Echo Show 5 plugged in and powered up.
How To Factory Reset You Echo Show 5:
1. The Echo Show 5 will need to be on. Then take your finger and press it to the top middle of the screen and swipe down.
2. Once you swipe down on the Echo Show the menu will pop up. Press the "Settings" gear icon. This will take you to the next menu.
3. On the next menu scroll down until you see device options and click on the "device options button".
4. On the next menu scroll down until you see "Factory Reset Device" button then click on that button.
5. Once you click "Factory Reset Device" The Echo Show will automatically go through the reset process. You will not need do do anything, and it takes about 60 seconds for the Echo Show To Reset. When it the reset is complete the Amazon Logo will pop up and the device will chime. It will then ask you to select the Language and you will be able to set up your Echo Show.
Once you factory reset your Echo Show 5 you will be able to set your Echo Show 5 3rd Generation back up or set it up on a new account.

Hi there, once this is done will it still show in my Amazon account? 2nd question if u want to set it back up again in my Amazon account would it still be wiped clean? I've got sooo many photos on it atm also it doesn't respond sometimes so that's the reason I'd like to f reset.i would then like to put just a few photos on so it should work better
