But he wasn’t, He finally beat Shu. His end goal his mentor everything led up to this. Then he has that realization, he’s not satisfied. He completely lose’s it in a fit of rage. You can tell how much he’s suffering.

However, since Flare is fairly new to the scene, nobody has a counter to it so what was meant to be a tour of the greats turned into an all-you-can-eat buffet of quick training for someone with a dangerously unchecked rise in power.

This is the version of Lain's beyblade that I have. Lucius Endbringer or, originally, Lucifer the End, is a defense-type beyblade that's chok full of cool features. First off there's the Lucius/Lucifer chip in the center. It's got metal on it to help keep an inward weight distribution, but is slightly off-balance. On top of that, the center of the chip has a rubber tongue that's pressing down on the driver, increasing it's burst resistance with extra friction. The blade is called Endbringer/The End. It's got three gaps that absorb impact, as well as being huge and bulky. Since it's a blade for the Limit Break system, it has a transformation just like Helios and Hyperion. Lucius/Lucifer's transformation drops that thick ring down, and has the two outer parts (the black and purple sections) become free-spinning. This lets it have a counter-attack and parry hits. It's forge disk is called Kou, and it's made especially for Limit Break beyblades. Each of the three limit break discs activate the blade's abilities at a different point. Kou activates on the third click, or when it's close to bursting. This means that Lucifer gains extra defensive features when it's close to death. The driver is called Drift. It's a REALLY good driver that I'm fairly sure was meta in tournaments for a good while, and is still used for stamina combos. It's got a wide and smooth design meant to extend it's "Life after death", by letting the bey spin on that part for a while after. On top of that, the bottom grey part is free-spinning AND made of a type of plastic that reduces friction against the stadium. Overall Luficer the End is a pretty good. Not anywhere near the strongest, but a solid matchup against leftspin beyblades. And it's thick as fuck, which is why I love it.
I saw lain as one thing after this, but couldnt find one word, but closes comparison, a powerful dark flame that is driven and hungry, and even after bursting spryzen, a blind hunger that cant be quenched by nothing less than a worthy opponent, won't be easy to change
