Commercial Plumbing & Sewer Line Clog in Fayetteville NC | Flow-Rite Plumbing and Drains

Hey There, its David and Doug with Flow-Rite Plumbing in Fayetteville North Carolina. Today we have been called out to a commercial customers office who is dealing with a sever clog of the bathrooms. The property has sat vacant for a while here in Fayetteville so there a many possibilities that could be the problems with their drains.
Its very possible this line could be broken, so the next would be to get the camera and locate the area of the clog and start digging to get to the blocked line and unclog the issue. We are trying to jet the main line as this is there cleanouts are in side and hard to get to, so we are using the roof as a cleanout. We are currently in an area where we can't get to with our hydrojetter, and we have to be careful that we don't flood the office side with sewage sludge as we try to unclog the pipes.
We put water in the lines to unclog the pipes, but we can't get the water to go out which is causing the back up of sludge into the bathroom. Further down the line of the manufacturers sewer pipes are clogged and this is the result of a sewer line sitting vacant for so long.
We hit a dead spot in the sewer line with our hydrojet, the sewer line sat for so long that sludge became built up in the pipes and is not allowing water to flow freely. We are going to attempt to pull the toilets in the bathroom and try to roto rooter the sewer line from the toilets and hopefully be able to use the hydro jetter from the roof to open the sewer line to allow the water to flow again.
Our rooter did break the first time me tried to drop a line down the toilet pipe in the bathroom, so we are going to add a double blade to try and get through the sludge from all the years the factory has sat vacant. We need to get the sewer line open and clog free before we can use the hydrojetter to clean out the sewer line.
UPDATE: At Flow-Rite Plumbing we were able to clean out the sewer drain lines by digging up the pipes and reinstalling a brand new sewer line for the customer.
