Since I watched this video play list at least 3 times before the installation of my SS-11000-WD, I wanted to drop in and say THANK YOU to Tony and Jay for making such detailed video's. I was able to safely unload the trailer by myself and with the assistance of a friend and my engine hoist was able to get it together and adjusted in a day. Thanks guys!

I picked up my (Advantage) lift (and other accessories) @ their Harrisburg (PA) warehouse just about 5 years ago. The forklift operator took great care in loading the "package" on my car hauler. My car hauler has a steel deck, he placed scrap plywood between my deck and the lift ends to ensure no "paint scraping occurred. His care for my trailer was (still is) greatly appreciated.
Even though this video was not available when I unloaded my lift, Tony always makes great videos and has great advice.. The biggest difference is I had to unload and assemble my lift alone. The help of Tony's videos and a little ingenuity it went well.

@@advantage_lifts When I was "shopping" for my lift, I bundled the (lift hunting) trips to showrooms and warehouses with my other travels, from Pennsylvania to Nebraska. Some lifts I saw I wouldn't trust.. Tony turned me on to a customer in UpState NY that had a couple of 4 post lifts. One is an Advantage 4 post, and he had a couple of C Channel lifts.. Once I saw his "lifts in action" I was sold on Advantage and the 'outside slider' design. A return call to Tony and he hooked me up with the warehouse in Harrisburg.. the rest is history.
TONY I watch all of your videos and you are the man I think advantage is the best lift out there and you explain everything about it haven't seen a video from any other company that even come close great job

These are the small but important details that are easily lost during the excitement of delivery
I bought the 10K 2 Post lift, I paid $3,995 received it less than two days before website posted sale price of $2,995. Manual was shredded, parts missing from box that had come apart in shipping, posts scratched up. Customer service was like pulling teeth. Finally got a PDF copy of manual (poor excuse for a manual if you want to install it yourself). Never received missing parts. Never received any satisfaction from scratches, torn up safety stickers...they said that they filed with the shipping company for a refund/partial refund...if they ever got it I was NEVER informed. I think the lift is OK but I wouldn't buy from them again.

This doesn’t sound like you bought a lift from Advantage. You say a 10K lift for $3995 before going on sale for $2995? That’s ridiculous.
They don’t make a 10K lift and they have been priced well above your claimed price for quite awhile.
And you say you never received missing parts but in closing you “think the lift is okay…”? Hmm🤔
Their Customer Service (Don, their internet tech guy) is fabulous. Sales people I’ve dealt with-Tony and Dave have also been great.
@@redheadzz it would take you 10-15 seconds to go to their website and see the 2 post 10k lift that I’m referring to marked down from $3,995 to $2,995. Don’t comment if you have no clue what you’re talking about!
@@jamesbowers8898 I know exactly what I’m talking about. This entire thread featured four post lifts only, without any videos, pictures or mention of two post lifts.
Advantage Lifts and Wildfire are both excellent companies to deal with.
@@redheadzz I bought the 10k 2 post lift from Advantage Lifts, didn’t have a great experience. I’m glad you had a good experience. I have still not had any follow up to the shipping claim.
