I guess one thing Is probably my workout capability.
Im quite insecure about things such as my height, being 5'9 and hating myself for it. I tend to workout everyday and I stopped having rest days. Guess you could say I'm a slight sucker for pain. But I tend to lift weights a lot, and I can bench over 100 lbs now despite how lazy I can be usually.
What would you consider to be one of your insecurities?
Something I love about my body that, a hard one to be honest. I started to recently to love my body and started to lose weight and cut a lot of the food and started to eat healthy. My weight is one of my biggest insecurities, but in due time I will fix it as well. I started to love it since I started to lose weight and started to lift heavy stuff like back in the day and slowly getting back into the old me.

As for one aspect of my body I love, it's that I have the capability of improving it. I've seen how it could have been prior to the pandemic wreaking havoc on my level of physical activity and know that I should be able to go back to that same condition provided I work towards it. Now the only piece of the puzzle left to solve is to actually start a regular workout regimen :P
I like my broad shoulders, they make me look strong. I like my hands too, they're kinda big and I like how they look. Oh, and I like my blue eyes, and the dimples I get when I smile and laugh.
For every gym rat, there is a little kid who wore a tshirt at the pool, and a personal thank from that little boy, thank you for the kind words

The weirdest thing about body image is that your deepest insecurities can be a literal afterthought to someone else. We internalize and degrade ourselves so much, meanwhile other people might not even notice or care. In some cases, an insecurity might even be the reason someone else loves you even more. Treat yourself like how you’d treat a friend and be kind :)
I agree with you that one. Sometimes, our insecurity drives the other person to love us even more. We should be indeed kinder to ourselves, and I recently started to do it, and I feel I don't know how to put it like loving myself and my body. Well, I am kind of a mess. I've been on the heavy side, but recently, I started to eat more healthily and stop with the trash food. I feel like I lost some of my weight, and people actually note it and give me compliments, which is something new to me and it puts a smile on my face.
@@Bugiisan Good job for trying to improve yourself and Im happy to hear that you’re starting to see some progress! Getting compliments from others can really help with confidence and self-esteem. From what I’ve noticed though, people tend to compliment others that look comfortable with themselves. The more confident you are in yourself, the more you’ll attract others to you. At least in my experience. I hope you have a nice week and work isn’t too rough!
@WouldYouKindly741 it's a slow process, but hey, every step counts. It's true that complaints from others helps out a lot with self-confidence and love. My week so far is great. Night shifts have started, but I like them less works stress, and I can do more work during the night due to fewer people in the office. I hope you will have a great week as well kindly.
It's one of the most important things people with body dysmorphia need to know. What others think about them is very commonly NEVER as bad as what they think about themselves.

Anytime I see a photo of myself I always think of how asymmetrical my face looks to me, but people have never pointed it out to me, and this video helped show me that my insecurities can be almost invisible to other people.

I have mild cerebral palsy and while I don’t really get negative comments about my body, I have only gotten positive ones like this from girlfriends. My ex (ended on good terms) was so good at making me feel like a peak physical specimen 😂 it’s nice to hear similar words again after it’s been awhile, thank you 💙 one thing I like about me is my hair. It’s really soft and curly lol

I've been enjoying these wholesome confidence boosters you've put out, Storm! It's not always easy to love yourself and the mind can be your worst bully more often than not. No matter how small, hearing a compliment always brightens the day, and this was a wonderful compliment bomb of a video! I loved how cute and affectionate the relationship between the two characters is and the words of comfort were so pleasing to hear. The little interaction in the end had me smiling ear-to-ear as it was just so adorable! Thankfully, my mind isn't so mean to me about my appearance, although there are aspects of myself I would love to improve. But that is a topic for another day!

Had to stop everything and watch this. I'm definitely insecure about my weight. I developed type 1 diabetes at 18, and fun fact, it makes it harder to lose weight. I was always a bit chunky, but I was pretty antisocial, so I didn't care. I've since gone to college and am living a much more active lifestyle, and I'm eating really healthy, but I can't lose the pounds. In response to the question you asked, I do think I have a pretty good face and frame (shoulders ect.)

Such a short cute and wholesome video. Regarding the scar, I can relate. Last year, I broke my leg, and for 6 months, I was in huge pain and had 2 surgeries gone. After all of that, I have scars, and I hate having scars. It's ok, I started to cover them with a viking tattoo, so if people look at my leg, I give them something nice to look at after all.
I instantly love this character, such a cute and adorable and loving to the listener. You are probably tired of me saying this, but you are so talented in everything you do. Storm in video editing, always picking the perfect music as background, background art, and VA. I am so happy I have found your channel when I did.
