Thanks, Wiggle. I find you and Zemore doing these types of videos really helps me get over wanting to taunt the RNG gods, consequently I can hold onto my legendary modules a bit longer. Great discussion as to your feelings on each star as well.
I'm glad you like them. Not sure what I'll do when the crafting changes hit.
Enclave pistols would be 20x more interesting if the attachments were also randomized since you cannot change the upgrades on the enclave plasma weapons: a really big kicker over the standard plasma weapons.
Comment on the mutant slayers and type specific damage makes me think they could rework those effects to award bonus xp for using them on their damage type. Mutant slayers gives more xp for mutant kills, exterminators more for bug kills, etc etc
Enclave plasma ANYTHING (pistol, rifle, shotgun) are like gold, once you have the mod. Especially the flamer mod, the you should've kept the quad.
I love these videos because I roll everyday on my mules and its nice to know im not alone in the misery xD
Thanks Wiggle, I'm 10 mins in and laughing so hard. Your pulls happen to me EVERY time. I've used scrip for about 300 times over the years that I've played 76 and have only pulled 2 or 3 guns worth keeping. My chances through RNG suck! I've never been impressed with this aspect of the game. Test server changes will be interesting with legendaries, but much, much more expensive to get what you want......
Stealth field is the only negative 3rd star. All others are positive or neutral. But i WILL NOT use a weapon with stealth field. It's annoying.
Imo junkies became irrelevant when aristocrats came out, having the caps to get 50% more DMG is easy af and no negatives compared to be addicted

I have a replenish AP on my quad railway, and when using it on the PTS it did a lot to keep the gun going. Definitely a good effect for it now with the increased cost.
The railway rifle was ok, ive been uses a bloody one with vats hit chance an reload speed, an its been awesome.

My understanding is that launchers fire a projectile that deals 1 damage and then explodes, so any benefits from bonus damage are lost on that projectile. I'd love to be wrong though.
If you're on a public server, the lag can cause instigating to apply to more than the first hit
With harpoon, back in the day when E would drop on it, TS was the best star. It was an obscenely over-powered weapon. Until the Thanos snap my TSE 2* harpoon gun was my absolute favorite gun. Now? Hellll no.
I just spent about 3200 over 2 days there and... 0 good rolls I'LL use... a few to pass along, but nothing whatsoever otherwise. Oof. Not even on the armor side, as I tried a few of those too. Ahh well.

Yep. All but 2 of these are already in the scrip machine thanks to double scrip.

AHH hope it's the first step onto the long road of disappointment.
I stopped buying weapons and started rerolling. The odds chance I get a weapon I want, let alone the stars I want is so low it's not worth it. Might as well buy modules and just reroll a weapon you like. I don't think you got one combat rifle the whole time. I like rerolling the fixer.
Soon, we will have no point in playing. We will just be able to make whatever we want.

Honestly, after the last 2 weeks, i'm pretty sure i'm done with fallout, i'm burned. Beth don't know how to do events, it's probably the one thing i see most people agree on, the fanbase likes to cut straight down the middle on most things, afk, nuking, value of items, all sorts, but this, no we all agree fasn was dogshhh. Now that we're told this cake aint even done baking, between the legendary changes which you KNOW is happening only because they royally fkd up with that pickaxe issue, and then ghouls update, this game aint worth mentioning until i can actually eat the whole cake imo.
i know it sounds ranty but i think it's a good reminder. I'd honestly make sure FO isn't the only thing i discuss on my channel if i had a YT career, you put yourself in a corner really fast by building up a fanbase purely on one type of content or content about one thing. if that thing ever folds or turns out to be not so great, or made by corrupt people, what do ya do.
