Whenever you think any of baus's Sion builds is broken keep in mind that he had 280 cs and 7 kills at 24 minutes.
The real Baus Special is when he ults away at 1HP, dies anyway and isn't in range to use his passive.

went on a 10 game win streak on full ap sion mid a few years ago. core memory.
Besides the mega mana issues, that build was OP in like season 4.
i remember the times when ap thresh was as lethal as an ad sion. same playstyle just sit solo in lane scale and combo one shot with Q's from bushes or fog of war. always loved the offmeta and then i found baus when he just started his YT channel doing the exact same strategy on a champ i never played and i imidiately added sion to my hearth and champ pool, too bad the best time of this game is long gone, any variety extict
Back when people were meta slaves and didn't accept that a bot lane without a ranged auto attacker could work, my buddy and I queued AP Sion/armor pen runes Pantheon in 2010/2011. One flash/exhaust, one flash/ignite. We played probably 30 or 40 games that way and I'm pretty sure every single one we got first blood in bushes. Sion point and click stun, both of them walking up and auto attacking them, and before they could walk back to tower (stun into exhaust) Panth got a guaranteed two spears off and an ignite, it was enough damage to kill any champion in the game regardless of what they did if they reached the bushes in bot lane.
Got a lot of angry chat messages from our teams and the lane opponents over it.

Has anyone tried taking Dorans ring top? Ive been taking it lately since it helps with mana issues and it beefs up your shield, especially if you take revitalize.

@@Derploop The more important factor is the mana regen. It doesn't seem like a problem in Baus videos because he just ints any time he's low on mana and respawns with full, but if you don't do that then Corrupting is no where near enough mana for Sion to use in lane.

Take it from someone who's moved into houses that haven't quite been what I wanted - go view the apartment. Even if you view you'll probably still find small things you don't like, but if you never view it it's gonna be even more things.

The e scaling used to be better. It became super reliable strat like doran ring Nasus, so riot nerfed them both and reworked doran ring

If your playstyle is that mana intensive dorans shield does more for you with manaflow. After first back you shouldn't really ever run out out of mana

I always thought demonic was pretty good on him sometimes. I build it in aram like 4th and sometimes end up doing like 10k dmg on it plus 2 of his abilities scale with AP but no much like 40% and 60% or something like that.

this is what irritated me about teammates all the time. So many times you had 3 or 4 people in your lane... HOW do the other lanes have any towers up if they're spending this much time with you? People suck at punishing roams so hard... I don't mind pulling all these people into top lane, but that means you better take plating and take their towers and fast.
This is SUCH a low ELO take... Look at their wave clear, look at their wave states, look at what is happening.... Those landers roamed because they had the timing... That's why they were able to do it unpunished.... That's the whole point for roam timings.
If you see the map, then you know they couldn't be punished most of the times because they won the tempo. For instance, when Sylas first ganks Sion with Hecarim, he won the tempo over Yasuo who is just coming back to lane.

well he had a pot so it was actually 5th got the mythic which does ap dmg and sorcerers for even more ap dmg and demonic scales with hp so it should be always the 5th or 6th item on any champ who can make use of it

They can sell it as "broken" as you say, if they put "as is" or at least that's how it works here. Anything as is, is as is. Seller isn't liable and I've even seen people write up a simple contract stating it's as is. My dad sold a mercedes car that would barely run, he printed a pretty basic contract and got their signature stating they know it is as is and the sale is final.
