I'm watching a highlight video (not even film) and you see that he shakes defenders with his route running on a regular basis. You don't have to be a.b. or davante adams, you just have to create enough separation for your qb to hit the window

A lot of wide receivers come out of college raw, it's not that crazy, but as an evaluater you have to be able read between the lines, not just what you see is what you get.

He shines in go routes and slants but is ordinary in short routes. He needs to improve his route tree. Overall Marvin Mims was a better WR in college. That being said you cannot teach speed like Hyatt has.

His combine did not show the speed. He just runs straight-line routes with no moves which makes it seems it was a lot about the system.
