I have several tall friends and they constantly hear things like: You can't wear high heels, you will have problems finding a boyfriend, with your height it will be so difficult to find a boyfriend, you and he would look so cute if you weren't so tall, I don't want to date a girl that is taller than me etc.
In society (and in most movies) there is the expectation that man should be taller than women and that women should be petite. Height is seen as a male threat and therefore not fitting for a woman.

All these movies that sell themselves as the good ones did some damage to me. 13 reasons why seriously fucked me up and I almost fell into another depression. Euphoria makes you wanna take drugs and feel this amazing high they're talking about all the time. Pro-gay movies made me feel shameful about my bisexuality.
