Today’s adventure was in the Yoga capital of the world, Rishikesh.
Thousands of people come to India every year, and join 30 days Yoga teaching programs in Rishikesh, to become certified Yoga teachers.
So after spending some time in Rishikesh we wanted to join a Yoga teacher training for one day and see how the students go through their days.

كانت مغامرة اليوم في ريشيكيش ، عاصمة اليوغا في العالم.
يأتي الآلاف من الأشخاص إلى الهند كل عام ، وينضمون إلى برامج تدريس اليوجا لمدة 30 يومًا في ريشيكيش ، ليصبحوا معلمين معتمدين لليوغا.
بعد قضاء بعض الوقت في ريشيكيش ، أردنا الانضمام إلى تدريب معلمي اليوغا ليوم واحد ونرى كيف يمضي الطلاب أيامهم في المدرسة
