Discrete Mathematics: Elementary and Beyond; László Lovász, József Pelikán, Katalin Vesztergombi 3. Combinatorial Techniques; S. S. Sane 4. Combinatorics For Mathematical Olympiad; S. Muralidharan
Bro you can go at ur nearest center of ioqm,or else if u want to register indiviaully you have to wait till 17th july(there is no guarantee that u will get your nearest center)

Complete your 9th and 10ths syllabus of Rd Sharma or another good book of maths firstly then purchase vedantu Olympiad book its the best after completing 9th and 10th RD sharma(or another reference book rs Aggarwal,xact, Together with mathematics,etc...)
