There is one overriding secret Satan doesn't want you to know. If you did, it would change thing everything. By not understanding this one single aspect of spiritual warfare, untold numbers of Christians are struggling with anxiety, worry, and depression.
Few churches are teaching that you are an enlisted member of God's army when you were sealed in the Holy Spirit at the moment of your baptism. That's right, you're in God's army.

Thank you for this message!! I am on a journey BACK to God. But I need so much help getting there and I'm not sure I'm doing things right. I've heard of people who can quit everything they are addicted to and I feel like a failure to God when I reach for that nicotine again. If you have any suggestions, anyone reading this, please send them.
You're being too hard on yourself. The only failure is the failure of giving up. Growing in the LORD is a process. It isn't a one time thing. Especially when dealing with a nicotine addiction. My encouragement to you is:
1. Don't be hard on yourself. That only creates unnecessary pressure that isn't fair to you or your relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
2. Find a local church that understands you are a journey back to Him that will encourage and support you. Not judge or condemn you. Believe me, there are many great churches out there waiting to show you the love of Christ.
We all start somewhere. This is your starting point.

Surrendering yourself to the Lord God Almighty and trusting him to heal you of this addiction, you see I too tried so many times and failed, beating myself up which made me feel worse and then taking more nicotine to make me feel better, my friend I realised even though I surrendered to God which I thought , I was nearly expecting him to do it the way I thought, Then I learned the neg thoughts telling me I couldn't do it , that wasn't God , it was the enemy trying to deceive me into thinking i should give up, when i realised this , i repented to the Lord asking him and believing he had this , This Too Shall Pass.....June 4 I was of nicotine 2 years by the Glory of God , Hang in there and believe, May The Lord God Almighty bless and heal you.🙏❤️
