this video idea came after working on self love someone had told me to look myself in the eyes in the mirror and say i love you to myself cause it could help . for many years i struggled with my self image and could not stand my own reflection ,so when i found the courage to finally face myself it brought tears to my face and it was the start of getting to be better in my skin. so if this can help others then happy days :) be kind to you :)
