First the most important part - Pascal is so adorable and getting so big - nothing like a puppy in the house to fill your heart with joy❣️ I just love this dresser! I really like what you did with the white wax - using in places that most people put dark wax gave it a modern and bright look:) You introduced me to the BM glaze years ago and it is truly a lot of fun 🙏
Nice simple technique but it's so effective. I really need to give this a go. It's really lovely seeing your dogs in each video. Especially Pascal, as puppies grow so quickly, so it's nice keeping up with his progress.
Ooooo. Now THAT is a way to upgrade into a more glamorous look! I used that technique on walls at my last house. I cried at having to cover my work to sell the house. In furniture, I can take it with me. I have an antique buffet to repair and refinish, so I have been waiting for ideas.

Afternoon Christina, what a transformation!! From dull to fabulous. Love the technique, not too complicated, the colours blended in very well, I think depending on your décor colours you can change to blend in boldly or in pastels. Even though it looked old, the furniture piece is solid and will last for quite a few years to come, in fact, I think it can do with another colour transformation if you so wish. It was enjoyable to watch you paint and explain, it does give me confidence at trying. It was a lovely satisfying video. Loved to watch how energetic Pascal is. Like a battery operated toy :). How is she? And the other pooch (sorry I forget the name), how is he? I do have a question, though. In the beginning you showed left side where the original paint seemed chipped a bit (coming off?). I know that you cleaned it really well and that you put Annie Sloan chalk paint which sticks to most anything, but i was wondering if you did anything to that broken line of paint first before painting over it?
