Nice footage and commentary. I could never comprehend how some women fighters think they need to try and prove they are equal to men in power and athleticism. I recall when I was a teen and first sparred males and later sparred females and noticed the big difference in power, reaction time, and overall speed.
I think they do it for brownie points like " oh I beat that boy."

@@harrychrisbanoe4870Shouldn't be. anyone asked to spar with me in judo or karate and I would always say yes, male or female, and I would always try. It's never a matter of trying or not for me, it's always 100% trying for me, but in sparring I do pull a little of my power on the younger women. Against older more experienced women though I always would go harder.
If they want to spar, spar with them as hard as they want to spar with you.

@@DangerZone200I like petite, but fit, women physically who like exercise and working out a lot, since that's what I like to do, but there are quite a lot of women when they go against another woman they completely outstrike, outhrowing, and outpower the other women to the point where there is just a tiny thought of what they might look like with sparring a guy.
The second gal should count her blessings, she only got slapped a bunch!
reminds me of when my gf (very fit and used to wrestle in HS) challenged me (who’s closest thing to a workout is yard work) to wrestle and she got upset that even though she was trying her hardest, she couldn’t do anything to me except wiggle.

Once you've stepped into the arena or ring, there are no differences in the rules. What I worry about for the women is getting permanently injured in the internal reproductive organs. I have no idea why a woman would risk such an injury to prove her equality when there isn't any.

I've done bjj for 8 years. Got my purple belt when I was 48 yo. Young white belts were killing me on the mat simply because they were younger, stronger, faster, had endless energy. However I've never had issues against young female purple and brown belts even as a white belt, sometimes these girls were even bigger than me, I'm 5'9" 165lb and not very athletic. Only once, when we had a world class competitive female brown belt, I was dominated.
But I don't understand! Every time I watch a movie, women beat up men very easily. But these videos show the complete opposite. Gosh, I am so confused

That was almost too painful to watch, ALMOST...
man should never hit a woman at less its absolutely necessary (like when she comes at him with a weapon or such) however if a woman chooses to fight a man in the ring it is her choice and while I don't support matches like that if she gets hurt well she was in the ring she wanted to fight. and you can't really fault a men for doing his best to win just like he would against a male opponent. it is possible for a UFC champion female fighter to beat a small man who is of average athleticism is older than her and has no training. however a man that has least some training (does not have to be a great fighter or can even be slightly below average)will beat even champion female fighter especially in a stand up. man are simply stronger than women even pound per pound because they are more strongly build.
that said if an opponent has a effective knife and is trained on how to use it he or even she is hard to beat because this completely changes the structure of the fight. (I'm talking if she has a knife and you don't)

Have you ever engaged in combat sports and sparred or fought males and females? I recall joking when I was young that I would much rather have a match against a female than a male, because males are faster and much stronger pound for pound. I would have never hit a female hard though, given that I hurt men my own size and bigger, and some hurt me of course.
