    This was only a few months after Ric found his son dead in his hotel room from a drug overdose, he was in a terrible emotional state and it’s genuinely nice to see Ric forget the pain for a few hours and have some fun with people he clearly loved and respected. I thought this was a ton of fun and JR definitely did not deserve to lose his job over this!

    8 years later and this is still one of the greatest moments in wrestling. Thank you JR and Ric Flair. You can tell this is them with their hair down just shooting shit. Jr definitely set the pace and vibe, ric just did what ric does.

    I don't see what the problems that the WWE Officials and Owners had with this Symposium. I thought this was great. I laughed my ass off and it was very entertaining.

      I'm okay with it too. But the purpose of the panel was to promote and sell the product. The McMahon's would see Flair going off-script and would not have been happy. An over-reaction, probably, but not a surprise.

    Man.. I mean really I loved this video from the introductions to the end of it !!
    For true wrestling fans who know all of this gentlemen or at least for me it was like a little dream come true, I mean I know it wasn't about the videogame but hell.. We are the ones playing it.. this was like having a good talk with Ric, Stone Cold, Mick, Heyman and J.R I mean they have experience in their blood and even though I'd have loved to listen to Rey, Dolph and Dan share something too this was GOLD !

      Considering he had his first match in 1989, he actually was a 15-year veteran witness was filmed and had been wrestling for one year longer than Steve Austin 😆
      It is kind of funny him just sitting there completely quiet at the other end like he's a rookie not wanting to piss off the veterans.
      I just had a guy respond to an old post I had on a clip of this "I can't believe Rey Mysterio got JR fired with his antics"
      The guy responded "REY?"
      I responded to him " yeah, he is a little guy with the mask causing all the trouble on stage"
