Bread Machine Repair: Bread Pan Seal Kit Replacement.

In this video I take you along for a look into replacing the pan seal kit on a breadman. Kit # (10MKIT-HD). Seal would leak causing the oil light bearing to become contaminated. This would eventually bind up the paddle and the seal would fall out in the bread along with grease and contaminate the bread.

I wish I could do this. My breadmaker does not use a retaining ring; instead the shaft is mushroomed out over the part that engages with the breadmaker

Yes, It's my wife's car and bread machine. The bread machine was a big priority because that is how she makes me pizza.

I'm thinking as long as you can get parts you can fix anything.

I'm wondering how long I can keep this bread machine alive. I have repaired it several times now. I found one just like it at a Goodwill store and have been using it as a parts machine. I'm sure glad we found the seal kits. My wife likes this machine and does not want to replace it if I can keep it running. She makes the pizza dough in it and so it is a high priority to have it working. I just gotta have my Pizza.
