As a person with an invisible illness, Zach hit the nail on the head when he said every night he reconnects with his body in a negative way when he gets in bed because of the pain. I totally, 100% understand. I've never heard it put that way before but that's an excellent way to put it for people who deal with chronic pain.

I loved seeing the bit with the hammocks. My dad's family is from Yucatan and a lot of people sleep in hammocks there. I can attest to it being super comfortable! It is also great for hot places since you get more air flow through a hammock than with a mattress. I would honestly sleep in a hammock here (in California), but most houses don't have walls that are strong enough to install hammock hooks in. Till that changes, it is always one of the things I look forward to when I go to visit family.
