Theatre mode could help both devs and players of the community... to find cheaters. Back in BO2 we found a lot of cheaters who used exploits to get world records in zombies. I do remember that exploits go arpund nuch faster when there is atheatre mode. But the devs shouldjust be on top of that.

It's a basic feature, but hard to create. Contrary to what many believe, theatre mode isn't ACTUALLY recording you're gameplay. It's essentially jotting down every single thing that happened in a match to a very high accuracy then recreating it for you to watch... hence why you can freecam, watch other players and also why some kills and movement can look a tad bit off. It's just a very close recreation of the entire match. Making a system that can do that for every match is very difficult and time consuming... and expensive. But it's also really goddamn cool.
It was also a way certain hacks got spread so you could have a clip sent to you or send to someone you watch they watch it now you get access to the hacks how I am not sure but I know it is possible and was common in bo2
I'm sure you've heard by now-Theater Mode is making a comeback in Black Ops 6! I'm really hoping they bring back the classic Black Ops and MW3 Theater Mode systems. To answer the question at @2:41, one of the best parts of Theater Mode was the ability to revisit your gameplay, tweaking camera angles with dolly cams, adding drama with smooth slow motion, and creating cinematic masterpieces with free roam angles. Hearing that it's coming back has me more excited about the game, though I'm still cautious. So far, everything looks great! I just hope they keep the new skins military-themed, although I'm a bit wary about the colorful sci-fi and 'Nicki Minaj, pony glittery' skins from MW3 carrying over. Here's hoping the gameplay and maps are well-suited for Theater Mode.

They can’t have theater mode cuz it’s exposes per person skill latency. They can record their screen vs what the server plays then show u how with lowest ping plays different vs with the same person with bad score account same lowest ping.

Theatre mode and custom emblems/skins are some of my favorite parts of the COD franchise. Sadly people can’t control themselves and the country is becoming too soft and offendable to have any real freedom of expression nowadays. If they could implement some setting to help people who don’t want to see that kind of stuff that would be nice.

I think theater mode is going to come back. It has to. Treyarch has put it it in every black ops game, even Cold War where they only had a year and a half to complete the game. It wouldn't be unreasonable to expect treyarch to bring back theater mode after four years of development for black ops 6.
Personally don’t feel as if it’s necessary to have a theater mode, just gonna create more in game issues and glitches/bugs , they need to be focusing their time elsewhere , giving us more content to work with , better server connections and just overall and a steady game balance, maybe down the line theater mode would be cool but rn I think the community can do without it
Theater mode only benefits content creators. Overall it’s a useless feature and it should just stay dead. Only content creators have been yapping about it.
Useless? Yeah we have capture devices but we can't change perspectives for knife or tomahawks across map wanting to see path, or maybe watch how certain plays you do look from a different angle

Its also good for looking at suspect players to see if they are cheating. Way more reliable than just watching a short snippet of a killcam.
