Jesus is coming, the season is now!! Amen. God is merciful. He always forgives. Never be ashamed to take your failures to him. He is for you, not against you! God is with you in the storm. This cannot be a coincidence. I’ve been going through some spiritual warfare and I called upon Jesus. He knows the problems that I have endured, and sent a gift in the form of a New Testament Bible with sections for which sins someone is struggling with. I had an addiction to pornography and I want to make sure I don’t slip back into it. I’ve been wanting to know how to become born again and now this video comes out. It’s a sign from God!

It is essential for you to be born again to have the Holy Spirit and the power that goes with that, to overcome those sins that beset us we need to be in that spiritual state. We can not enter the Kingdom of God until we are born again. When you seek Jesus with a sincere heart you will be saved...born again. Ask Jesus to set you free from every besetting sin , surrender your life to Him. He will put right desires into your heart and remove those that are not His will for youbut there may be some lingering temptations so resist them in Jesus name and do not look upon those things that would entice you and get rid of everything that is in your hioome pertaining to those strongholds.

If you have a lot of fear, you are not born again. If you are self-deprecating, you are not born again. If you believe you deserve eternal hell, you are not born again. Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ like you would trust a parachute.
What do I mean by that? A parachute when used correctly when won’t stop you from falling but a safe landing is guaranteed. Our faith in Him is the same way, we will still fall but we have a safe landing. Meaning we will still fall (sin) but since we have Jesus then we will land safe in Heaven. There’s a big misconception that when you are saved you are “perfect” or “sinless”, that couldn’t be further from the truth, when you are born again you will lose your desire to sin, some people lose it right away some lose it in a short time, either way you will thirst after righteousness and you will despise all sin, especially the sin that is personal to you. Also, you have to repent every time you sin, cry out to God with godly sorrow. The perk about being born again is that you will not let every small thing go to the side like it’s no big deal, you’ll hold yourself accountable. Just keep repenting and trusting in Jesus, He knows your struggles and once you’re truly saved then you are always saved because you would rather die then take extreme pleasure in sin as you once did.
In simple words if every time you sin you are heartbroken and you will fight harder next time, and even succeed in saying “NO” to your sin then you are born again, especially if you pair that with righteousness. You’re patient, you’re loving, you are kind. You are keeping the commandments, and encouraging others to do so. Everything that God would approve of, do it!! You see someone struggling with depression, share the gospel with them and watch their life completely change! It’s beautiful!
Works on your own will not save you but a faith that lacks works is a dead faith because no one who truly loves the Lord will let everyone willingly sin. You’ll tell them out of love that they’re going down a dangerous path.
You and I all broke God’s law, that is a serious offence punishable by death (the second death). God’s law is so serious that we are murderers if we do much hated someone, it’s a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God! However there is good news, we are guilty but we are to be set free because our fine was paid. Jesus (God in the flesh) lived the perfect life that we could never live, died in the cross and on the third day He rose! He said before His Spirit left His body “It is finished”.
Your life is precious and you never know when you’re going to die! Trust in Jesus today and repent of your sins! Stay humble always! God bless you all!

Being born of water and Spirit is being baptized in water and Spirit. These are two parts of the one baptism that saves us.
Acts 2:38 is how we become born of water and the Spirit.

Pure and simple believe in your heart the finished work of what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us sinners, like the thief on the cross that was crucified along with Jesus Christ, he believed, and the Lord said because you believed, you will be with me in paradise this day ... we are sealed in Him once we believe in our hearts that Jesus died for us, He paid our sin debt ... for the wages of sin is eternal death ... we can miss Heaven by 18 inches, just by believing only in our minds and not our hearts ... just that simple believe in your hearts ...

First of all "we are not sinners by nature"
Yes we have a fallen nature which tends to sin but we always have a choice to make in regard to this. Man is born with a choice. We are not robots please. Sin is and has always been a choice. If we do not CHOOSE to sin then we cannot CHOOSE to be saved.

I believe the water mentioned in John 3 is talking about baptism. In the book of Acts, everyone who became a disciple was immediately baptized. Peter told people to repent and be baptized in Acts 2:38. Romans 6 tells us that we are raised out of the baptismal water to "newness of life" (sounds like new birth to me).
Romans 6:4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
Baptism isn't a work that earns us salvation, but it does appear to be the moment we are born again. Galatians 3:27 says we are baptized into Christ. The idea that baptism is just a public declaration of faith isn't taught in the Bible. All of the references to baptism in the Bible show us that it is the first thing a person does when they want to follow Jesus.
That is why I think the water in John 3 is referring to baptism.

I believe that born of water is the physical birth that we all experience. The first thing that happens is a woman's water breaks then comes the physical birth. You can not be born by the spirit unless you are first born of the flesh. Hope that this helps.

The belief that baptism is necessary for salvation is also known as "baptismal regeneration." It is our contention that baptism is an important step of obedience for a Christian, but we adamantly reject baptism as being required for salvation. We strongly believe that each and every Christian should be water baptized by immersion. Baptism illustrates a believer’s identification with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. Romans 6:3-4 declares, “Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” The action of being immersed in the water illustrates dying and being buried with Christ. The action of coming out of the water pictures Christ’s resurrection.
Requiring anything in addition to faith in Jesus Christ for salvation is a works-based salvation. To add anything to the gospel is to say that Jesus' death on the cross was not sufficient to purchase our salvation. To say that baptism is necessary for salvation is to say we must add our own good works and obedience to Christ's death in order to make it sufficient for salvation. Jesus' death alone paid for our sins (Romans 5:8; 2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus' payment for our sins is appropriated to our “account” by faith alone (John 3:16; Acts 16:31; Ephesians 2:8-9). Therefore, baptism is an important step of obedience after salvation but cannot be a requirement for salvation.
Yes, there are some verses that seem to indicate baptism as a requirement for salvation. However, since the Bible so clearly tells us that salvation is received by faith alone (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8-9; Titus 3:5), there must be a different interpretation of those verses. Scripture does not contradict Scripture. In Bible times, a person who converted from one religion to another was often baptized to identify conversion. Baptism was the means of making a decision public. Those who refused to be baptized were saying they did not truly believe. So, in the minds of the apostles and early disciples, the idea of an un-baptized believer was unheard of. When a person claimed to believe in Christ, yet was ashamed to proclaim his faith in public, it indicated that he did not have true faith.
If baptism is necessary for salvation, why would Paul have said, “I am thankful that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius” (1 Corinthians 1:14)? Why would he have said, “For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel-not with words of human wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power” (1 Corinthians 1:17)? Granted, in this passage Paul is arguing against the divisions that plagued the Corinthian church. However, how could Paul possibly say, “I am thankful that I did not baptize…” or “For Christ did not send me to baptize…” if baptism were necessary for salvation? If baptism is necessary for salvation, Paul would literally be saying, “I am thankful that you were not saved…” and “For Christ did not send me to save…” That would be an unbelievably ridiculous statement for Paul to make. Further, when Paul gives a detailed outline of what he considers the gospel (1 Corinthians 15:1-8), why does he neglect to mention baptism? If baptism is a requirement for salvation, how could any presentation of the gospel lack a mention of baptism?
Baptism is not necessary for salvation. Baptism does not save from sin but from a bad conscience. In 1 Peter 3:21, Peter clearly taught that baptism was not a ceremonial act of physical purification, but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. Baptism is the symbol of what has already occurred in the heart and life of one who has trusted Christ as Savior (Romans 6:3-5; Galatians 3:27; Colossians 2:12). Baptism is an important step of obedience that every Christian should take. Baptism cannot be a requirement for salvation. To make it such is an attack on the sufficiency of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

    ***PLEASE READ***
Pastor John, I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, I have a thirst for the Lord and his wisdom, and I delight in keeping his commands. I come from a Christian household but was luke warm until about 5 yrs ago, I’m now 30 yrs old. I recently messaged a friend, that I have seen at our church before, to point out her fault. She posted an extremely provocative image of herself in social media. As scripture says, I pointed out her fault just between the two of us, in a very gentle fashion. And also in her bio says “God first” and then the pic of her half naked right after. She said thanks for your opinion and said that I judged her and that she is right with God in her heart. I responded with what I thought was appropriate scriptures
    Proverbs 11:22
    2 Timothy 4:3
    Titus 1:16
    Matthew 18:15
    She then blocked me.
I later told my wife and she was upset that I did this, did I do something wrong? Please help me see if I went about this the right way, and how should I approach this next time, thank you!

"This life is a transition to another life. To come into this world, you are born into a life from a life. You go through this life and enter into another life. People think of lifetimes only in terms of visitation rights to this planet, but you go from life to life, context to context. Why is the future relevant here? Why are these spiritual things so important? This life is preparation, like childhood is preparation for adulthood. Adulthood is preparation for your Spiritual Family, who will be waiting for you when you arrive and pass through the thin membrane that separates these two realms of existence."

    The Gospel = Good News
    1. Believing that God risen Christ on the third day from his tomb
    2. Confessing that Yeshua is Lord and Savior
    3. Becoming Baptized in Water.
    4. Live a Godly Lifestyle
    5. Keep his commandments
    6. Repent for your sins daily and pray
    7. Have Faith Trust and Believe
Even those who are believers will not make it
Because they cannot follow 1 - 7 above.
Heaven is Paradise filled with God love
No Pain, Diseases, Disorders, Health Problems
    Everyone is in perfect health
Yes you are able to eat and etcetera
    -
    Hell is the opposite
Which is pain, agony & suffering
    -
    It's the separation from God
The Most High True God of Israel
    Does not dwell in Hell
Hell is in the shape of a human body
    There are different areas
Based on sins, Hell is more hotter then the Sun
    The Pain is unbearable
All those who are in Hell
    Are being tormented forever
With no rest for all eternity
    All that go to Hell
Know the reason why they ended up in this awful place.
    -
There is no water, food in Hell and etcetera
    It's pitch black down there
Even more darker you won't be able to see
    The screams from the people
    is so unbearable
    -
    People who are in Hell
Thirsted for water, Jesus taught us that water is life.
Breathing in Hell is like a person on earth
    Drowning in the Water
    -
People souls in Hell still have their 5 body senses
    1. Touch
    2. Hearing
    3. Smell
    4. Taste
    5. Touch and etcetera.
I'll give you an example, If you had a cut on your finger
On earth you will only feel it in that area of your body
But in Hell, that little cut will feel like every inch
of your soul has been cut all over.
People souls in Hell, Are drained of human strength
Doing basic tasks, Are almost impossible down there.
    -
    Yes, everyone has a mind
In Hell, with a memory of everything
    They have done on Earth.
Hell was made for Satan and his Angels
    For sinning against God
Sin has made man-kind go to Hell
That's why The Most High God
Sent us Jesus to save us from this place
Called Hell, He defeated sin and death.
    -
Yeshua. "Jesus" Purpose on the Earth - Verses Below.
    John 3:16
    King James Version
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
    John 3:17
    New International Version
17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.
    John 14:6
    King James Version
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
    -
There is no way around him, Jesus is the only way to Heaven
Salvation is a free gift from God.
If you are willing to take it
In Christianity, salvation (also called deliverance or redemption) is the "saving [of] human beings from sin and its consequences, which include death and separation from God" by Christ's death and resurrection, and the justification following this salvation.
    -
True repentance which is only accepted by Christ...
You have to come to Christ with a true repentance heart
By confessing and asking for forgiveness of your sins
Turn away from your sins and by stopping them
Live life Holy - day by day.

    WE MUST BE BORN AGAIN
You are born again when you are like Jesus. Then you are sinless
    1 John 2:
3 And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments.
4 He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him.
5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
6 He that saith he abideth in him ought himself also so to walk, even as he walked.
    We must be born again!
Then Jesus has baptized you with the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit do not let you sin anymore!!!
To become born again you have to repent and ask Jesus forgiveness for your sins or ask Jesus in your heart!
A really born again Christian has no future sins!! He is perfect, righteous and the light of the world.
    Please study : 1 John 3, Romans 6:6, Romans 8, Gal 5, Eph 4 , Eph 5 and Titus 2:14!
    I’ll give you my testimony:
16 May 2011 , I asked Jesus in my heart.
I was ill at the time.
Overstrained or burne out and very restless.
I then felt a vibration going through my body from my head to my toes. Immediately afterwards I became very calm.
The next morning I was again very restless.
    This lasted about a week.
I then had a dream that I lived in a prison.
And a voice then said to me that the devil had to get out of me.
I then prayed for the devil to leave me.
Immediately afterwards I felt that same vibration from head to toe again and at the end of it a voice said: you are now free! and now start reading the bible.
Suddenly I felt a lot of peace and love.
I was changed from a sinful, selfish person to a born again Christian with a lot of love for the other. And experienced a lot of rest.
When Jesus has made you free, you are free from sin and free from death.
Afterwards my illness was the best thing that happened to me.

    "how ever it happens"
why can't it be the circumstances that God puts us in the touch us and drive us to yield to the Holy Spirit's conviction and the gift is the synergistic circumstances with the Holy Spirit that drive us to love and humility? Young children and poor people come to Christ in higher percentages. Just wondering. There's clearly a mystery to the spiritual mechanism here.

Piper does not seem to realize it, but 1. Peter 1, 23 and James 1, 18 with Romans 10, 17 teach that faith precedes regeneration.
See also John 20,31 and Colossians 2,12-13 which teach us, that we have been raised or have life THROUGH faith, not unto faith.

I would like with respect give you my view and then urge you to look at it from this perspective when you further engage the Word. Regeneration and faith (which implies obedience to Jesus as Lord) happens at the same time but the latter cannot happen without the former. See the words of Jesus in John 3. You cannot see nor enter the Kingdom without being born again / born from God. Born of water and Spirit refers to Ezekiel 36 v25 to 32. It is the new covenant. See Hebrews 8.

I strongly disagree. I also want to encourage you to think about the scriptures i have listet.
It is the word of God which has to be preached in order to create faith in those who hear (Romans 10, 17). Those who believe and come to Christ will be regenerated / receive new eternal life (see also John 5, 24-25). How else can Peter declare that man is born again by the word of God in 1. Peter 1, 23 ?
In John 3 Christ teaches Nicodemus about the kingdom of God, because he wants to ask Christ exactly about it. The Jews at that time had a certain temporal expectation of the kingdom of God (see Luke 17, 20 and 19,11). But as we know, they had no idea what the kingdom of God really is. Christ explains indirectly that the kingdom of God is something supernatural, eternal, spiritual (from above), and one must be born again (from above or born spiritually) to see it, to grasp it, and to have a part in it. The text is not directly about believing in him and the order of believing and regeneration. Christ does not explain until John 3:16 that by believing in Him one has eternal life, which is the life which beginns with regeneration. Nicodemus will have known that the true kingdom of God lasts forever and that those who share in it also live eternally. In order to be born again and have this new, eternal life in the Spirit, you must believe in Jesus Christ.
I agree that Ezekiel 36:25 and following are related to John 3. In verses 25-27 we see that the reception of the Holy Spirit is connected with and causes regeneration. The NT is crystal clear that the Spirt (and thus regeneration) is received when man comes to faith in Christ, i.e. at conversion (see Acts 2, 38, Galatians 3, 14 and Ephesians 1, 13).
The word of God stands above our systematic thinking. God bless.

@@kelvinwitt4377 Thank you for your reply! I have read all those verses you posted. I believe that a person in their fallen state has no capacity to turn to God. It is only God that can make us alive and that those people are elected by God (see Ephesians 2, Romans 9, John 17). We fortunately do not have to agree. I pray that the Holy Spirit will attest to the truth within us.

Our landlord has no ears for excuses despite what we’ve been going through. I have school projects at hand and facing risks of dropping out Please help me whichever way. I know it’s really shameful to ask for help on here but I have no option and can’t keep mute any longer. I have seek help from family and friends and those around me and no one has come to my aide. But in Hell, that little cut will feel like every inch
of your soul has been cut all over.

Well, according to calvinists God looks down and picks people out of the crowd by chance and lavishes them with love and salvation. According to non calvinists God sends his word out and his word does not return void which is a bible verse from the word of truth, the bible, the word teaches that were all sinners and nobody is good enough. The word also teaches that God sent jesus to die and be buried and then rise again on account of our sin. The word also sais that God loved the world so much that he gave his only son that WHOSOEVER believes in him will never perish but have everlasting life. Being born again is believing the true gospel of jesus christ. Note 1 peter 1:23 where it sais that people are born again by the living word. Jesus christ is the word! The bible sais that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. If you want to be born again, hear the word! Its simple.

    "How Are We Born Again?"
Kind Sir...it took me 70 yrs; to really understand "Born Again"...
...For the bible does not "Directly" explain what it is; nor how to become "Born Again". However, "Indirectly", it does explain it. But: one has to do a LOT of studying; AFTER praying to Jesus ONLY; to give us Wisdom, Understanding and the Truth.
For without Jesus (who IS God), through His Holy Spirit, there is NO way to figure it out; because satan won't let us understand it! So here's what it is. First: read John 3:3-5; where Jesus says, in "Crystal Clear" terms, that one MUST be Born Again; in order to go to Heaven.
And in John 3:15 and 16 Jesus tells us: HOW to get the Holy Spirit; to give us a "NEW Birth". So...when ANY one believes; that Jesus IS the same God that Noah and Abraham worshiped! Then, the Holy Spirit causes us; to have a new "Heavenly Spiritual Birth". (NOT a new flesh birth). When that happens, we are a member of Jesus' "Kingdom" forever. Proof?...
John 10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish (in hell), neither shall any one pluck them out of my hand.
And we WILL go to heaven; no matter whatever we do. AKA: OSAS*!
Meaning: we are part "Flesh" and part "Spiritual"; until Judgment Day. Then Jesus removes our fles beingh; and we become a 100% Spiritual being forever; with Jesus as "One" Forever! Praise His Holy Name.
End of Story and I rest me case...
...In any case kind Sir, Please Pray OFTEN and Praise Jesus OFTEN; for He is the ONLY true "God Almighty"; there will ever have been. And may Jesus bless you and yours always. AMEN!
    * "Once Saved, Always Saved". Which MOST Christians deny this. How Sad! May Jesus have mercy on them; for letting satan to brain-wash them. AMEN!

When Jesus stated: that which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit - he meant that some people have a natural spiritual ability to return to their original spiritual-emotional awareness in which they were conceived - and in later years - can be reborn - take on new spiritual mental awareness in the same spiritual conception - and thereafter live - and evolve - and work from it.
Their original spiritual-emotional awareness of conception will become the platform for their spiritual journey.
Those conceived only of "fleshly lustful desires" find it difficult to perceive any "truth" beyond the evidence of their ears - eyes - touch and smell.

    The Gospel:
    Plain and
    Simple
“But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent
beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your
minds should be corrupted from the simplicity
that is in Christ.” - 2 Corithians 11:3
Ask someone today if they are saved and
you will most likely hear responses like these:
“I have accepted Jesus into my heart.” Or “I
have made him Lord of my life.” “I’ve been
baptized.” “I said a prayer.” Sounds all good
and churchy don’t it; but it is difficult to de-termine whether or not a person actually
knows the gospel that saves them. These use￾less phrases don’t describe a thing about what
the gospel is and has left a devastating effect
of people not knowing what it is that they are
saved from nor how they are saved; which
leaves a more serious effect of people ques￾tioning their salvation.
Let’s not muddy the simplicity of salva￾tion that is in Christ with vague church
sounding phrases that do not communicate
anything. But rather present God’s word with
clarity and assuredness. So here is the gospel:
    plain and simple.
Sin was passed upon all men by one man
Adam, and death is a consequence of this sin
(Rom 5:12). Mankind has an eternal destiny of
condemnation and wrath - Hell - because of
this sin (Rom 6:23). No matter what good
works one might do we are still found sinners
in the sight of our Creator God. And all un￾righteousness and those who follow get in￾dignation and wrath. We cannot be found
righteous for by God’s law we are found sin￾ners (Rom 3:19-20). If we have broken even
one law we are found guilty.
It is for this reason of not being able to
create our own righteousness and being born
in a sinful flesh that we need a savior (Titus
3:5). Christ is that Savior, God manifested in
the flesh, sinless, died in our place on a cross
2000 years ago. Taking upon him the wrath
and judgement that was intended for us sin￾ners. And it is through his bloodshed, burial,
and resurrection on our behalf that we are
able to have peace with God and forgiveness
of our sins (1 Cor 15:1-4, Col 3:14). This good
news is unto all but only those that believe in
it are made righteous in Christ (Romans
    3:22).
It is then after we have heard this good
news of Christ’s righteousness available to us freely, that we are sealed with the Holy Spirit
and we are now part of Christ’s body the
    church (Eph 1:13)
There is nothing that we need to do, no
good works that are required, and no bad
works that can separate us from our new po￾sition in Christ (Romans 8:35-39).
Faith and belief in this information from
    God’s word is the gospel.
The gospel is not accepting Jesus into your
heart. The gospel is not making him lord of
your life, it is not saying a prayer and it is not
    being baptized with water.
So next time someone asks you if you are
saved. Give them the clear assured answer
“Yes! And let me tell you why
