  • 🟢材料:
    免治豬肉 120 克
    雞蛋 3 隻
    薑、蔥 適量
    糖1/2茶匙
    澱粉1/2茶匙
    胡椒粉、鹽、油 適量
    🟢做法:
    1️⃣ 豬肉加入少許胡椒粉、適量鹽、半茶匙糖、薑汁、半茶匙澱粉和少許油醃製。
    2️⃣ 將雞蛋打入碗中,加入少許胡椒粉、適量鹽和蔥花拌勻。
    3️⃣ 熱鍋加油,炒豬肉至差不多熟,加入雞蛋漿,煎至您喜歡的金黃程度。
    🟢Ingredients:
    Minced pork - 120g
    Eggs - 3
    Ginger, spring onions - as needed
    Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
    Cornstarch - 1/2 teaspoon
    White pepper powder, salt, oil - to taste
    🟢Cooking Directions:
    1️⃣ Marinate the minced pork with a little white pepper powder, salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, ginger juice, 1/2 tsp cornstarch, and a little oil.
    2️⃣ Beat the eggs in a bowl and add a little white pepper powder, salt, and chopped spring onions.
    3️⃣ Heat up a pan with oil, stir-fry the pork until it's almost cooked, then add the beaten eggs and fry to your desired level of golden brown.
