Ep 89 - Dinghy Race - Again…. Sailing Free Spirit
Today, we had the whole gang and while I (Nancy) was attempting to edit a video, we or rather Andy got us involved in another dinghy race. We race once again from the ICW, no wake zone to One Tree Island.
Competitors: Free Spirit is a 2023 high field dinghy with a 25 hp Yamaha motor, Viscaya is a Nautica 15 ft, 70 hp dinghy and finally Sea Girl is a 2023 West Marine rib dinghy with a 15 hp Yamaha motor…
Who’s coming in 1st? Once the race is finished we set off to the local beach for a celebratory drink at a resort and park the dinghies before heading off to the local yacht club for Viscaya to finish out the evening.
