I really don't understand how it's possible that when I watch all this informative content from Cris and then look down at the view count and see relatively modest numbers - well, it just doesn't make any sense! Fooker even has good hair! ;-) .....I remember having hair....vaguely. 😂
thanks Keith much apprecaited. Yeah, the YT algorithm pisses me off. There's a lot of really subpar content that gets a lot of views, but oh well, I'll just keep chugging along.
I personally have never seen one or held one… but at a glance on google images it looks like it would work. If you’re travelling all the way to Ments you need to bring more than 1 board!!
@@SurfStrengthCoach Thanks for your response. I am the same weight but 58 years old. Going on a trip to Macaronis in June and trying to figure which boards to bring. I have the inferno 72 but thinking of maybe getting a driver 2.0 or Pyzel radius to bring instead.
yeah I am fully still in the intermediate realm. there are days I can barely put my feet on the board, haha! People are far too flexible with the terminology nowadays IMO. I'm without a doubt a higher level intermediate. Intermediate is a BIG spectrum from low end to high end. If I was more consistent with my abilities then I'd consider myself advanced. There are flares of advanced surfing there from time to time with my surfing, but the precision is definitely lacking. the barometer has been skewed the last few years in my opinion in terms of skill levels and it's far too accomodating. we have gotten quite a few guests on coaching camps, and applicants for coaching camps very often, that claim to be intermediates that I would still classify as the beginner level. So yeah, maybe I'm a bit harsh on myself, but I also get to surf with truly advanced level surfers, and I'm not quite there.

@@SurfStrengthCoach maybe you need to do some dance routines.
Do you think a Pyzel Pyzalien 2 would work for the Ments? Coming from San Diego that’s about the curviest board I have.

Thanks for the board tips!
How much do you weigh?
Reaching out Chris!
How can i get in touch with you?
🤙🤙 Great Info Cris...!!!!
What is your height and weight?
Also - have you checked out the Driver 3.0?
I'm 5 11" and about 165lbs give or take. I haven't had a chance to surf the 3.0, they didn't have any in stock when I bought new boards recently.

Yewww! Can I intern for you on your surf coach trips? haha
I'll send ya the application :)
40 !!, Wait till your nearly 60. Instead of dragging all those boards around, get some 6 oz glass.
Can we stop with the “Im an intermediate” stuff tho? No, you’re not.
