Is it okay to pickle copper or brass together with silver in the pickle pot you use for your silver or will that plate the next silver pieces with copper or brass?
I pickle the mixed metal pieces (silver with copper or silver with copper and brass) together in the same pickle pot. Silver with copper will be okay. However, the brass part turns pink. So I remove it by sanding or filing. Thanks!
