Thank you for another informative video. I’m just starting on my laser journey with limited computer skills, no graphic arts knowledge, or laser knowledge. Your videos help with lots of ideas. So for now I’m looking forward to enjoying my journey into lasering and creating my first project as well as more of your down to earth videos.
Hi! I love how you share everything in your videos! You are a great teacher. I am a new laser devotee -- and I mean new as in my Xtool F1 laser is on the way! I am so excited to start this journey. I'm already trying to decide which laser to get next. I want to do artwork and jewelry mostly; but who knows what I'll get into. I was wondering if you'd recommend getting the F1 Ultra next or the S1 20 or 40 watt? I'd like to do jigs and things and maybe a little bigger projects, but I'd also like to do more with metal. Any thoughts? Thanks for all of your hard work. You have a new fan and subscriber! ☺
Well, it is nice to see you excited! I would say to just enjoy the journey. No need to hurry to get your next thing quite yet. Just enjoy making things with your F1 and get creative. I am personally not a huge fan of the Ultra. It seems you want to stick with xTool, so I would look at the S1 40w. As for doing metal, most people are not so happy with anything under a 60w MOPA which is quite expensive. I would wait until you are more sure of what you love doing before making the next step. Keep us posted :)
@@FredSchmitthammer Honestly, none of them. I own so many brands. The really thin ones always suck. The rest are 'OK' at best. The metalics seem to work the best, so I tend to use them more.
@@ValleyForged thank you. My goal is to focus on earrings, wallets, key chains, coasters, no stitch purses, maps, and Lords Prayer Crosses. Women's products do impulse buying when they match. I have perfected these on my WeCreat 20w. All of the local shows do not have competition in these areas. I am looking for the best shows. Thank you for your help building my new business.
Thank you for letting me know. Just email or message them through the site and they will take care of you (it happened once before). I will also contact them on my end, but I don't have your order info so please do it on your end. Sorry for any trouble.

Good Stuff...I would use it as an inlay for jewelry, charcuterie boards, coasters...you name it... it's a great inlay project...
Thanks again, Eric. I've been wanting to look into earrings lately. Now, the journey begins.
It was a good video. I do jewelry also sells pretty good. I don’t put it in my tradeshow booth, but I have it in retail stores
I love craft closet!

A video on how you paint that detail would be great!
