Just tried this pillow and did not work for me. Woke up with a lot of neck pain from the middle of my back up to and all around my neck. The wing things are also awkward. I'm a side sleeper and thought they would work but they are too far away. It hurts my shoulder to put my arm straight out and then down to the bed to use them.
I'm 32, 5'10" and 180 lbs. I occasionally have neck pain when I wake up if I fall asleep lying on my pillow wrong that's why I wanted to try this so it would keep my head in the right spot. It's not only too hard but it feels like it mis aligns my neck with the little bump it has and my head feels too far back. I tried it for 2 nights. The second night my back and neck pain went away during the day but as soon as I laid down on this I felt the pressure starting.
Also called for a return since their 30 day guarantee and after the phone call, it is impossible to get your full money back. If you return it they do a 50% restocking fee. After some time telling them I did not like the pillow, the best they can do is 85% refund and I can keep the pillow and give it to a to friend... So don't buy assuming you can return it for a refund. Or try to get it for 85% off idk. Never had a guarantee not be true kind of shady to me.
I get migraines from the neck pain I get from sleeping wrong been thinking about getting this. If I do end up getting it I'll try to remember to give my results on it.

Well just had my first night of sleep with the pillow and it definitely works no neck pain also I didn't get any ear pain from sleeping on my ear like I usually get. I switch back and forth from both sides and back through out the night. I don't sleep on my stomach but I did try it out to see how it feels and it felt comfortable as well. Wife also said it helped with her neck.
I got one but it just stays flat! How do I make it puff up?

@@mariahgrigsby3891 It works for me. Sometimes I even spin it around 180° (not flipping it over) if I feel I need it lower.
Why didn't you give it time to setup? Memory foam needs time to expand before use so what you felt laying on it right out of the box isn't how the pillow is intended to feel.

For people that like firm pillow this is would be great. I bought one for my husband, son, and myself. First night was great, after the first night it became more firm and as soon as I laid on it it felt stiff as a board on my neck. It's more tolerable laying on my side. I have chronic pain issues so I don't discount this pillow for that reason. it just doesn't work for me.

This pillow is not for me .It took about six days for the smell to go away. I'm mostly a side sleeper and found that it went too flat with not enough support for my head resulting in neck ache. I had quite a problem trying to return it. I am still waiting for a refund. Thirty day satisfaction guarantee is not what it seems. Buyer beware.

I've had mine for more than a month. I am a side sleeper and I love this pillow. I woke up every morning with neck pain and after two nights it was gone. I have wasted soooo much money on pillows, this is the one for both my husband and I. My only complain is I can't order extra pillowcases and regular pillow cases make it difficult to find the scoop

I find that I sleep better on a BeautyRest pillow that my wife bought. It seems softer than this one. Kind of depends on how firm or soft you like your pillows.

Hi! I looked at your videos for an update on this pillow. My son wants one and the cost is an issue if it turns out bad. I can’t afford to throw out a pillow that cost $20.00 much less this one. Can you tell me were or are you still happy with it.
My husband bought this pillow for me because I complained that our bed was to hard and I couldn't sleep, and every morning when I woke up my back would be killing me. Ever since the 1st night I slept on this pillow, I have not hurt at all. I LOVE THIS PILLOW!! It is worth every penny.... I don't like to pay a lot for a pillow, but this one is worth it!!!

Mine too! I think they keep them in a moldy warehouse, and send them like that. Horrible mold smell. It stank my bedroom the same day.
Hi, I just recieved my pillow and went to open the zipper part to air it out and I noticed that there are small little holes in the memory foam and a tear. Can someone check there pillow and tell me if this is normal???? Thanks

I have it for two weeks but still I have neck pain after waking up still not the right pillow for me. It’s like a pillow with wings and it’s uncomfortable when you sleeps on your side because the wing is on your face.
I actually ended up ordering this shortly after writing the comment. I love mine and it has helped with my neck pain a ton and I am a side sleeper! However I do agree that it could be a little more plump and the spots for your arms should be repositioned closer to the neck cradle to make it more comfy for side sleeps. Over all as long as I stay on the pillow correctly through the night I wake up pain free! My cat also loves this pillow!
you people complaining about sleeping on your side the pillows wings being in your face are not sleeping on it properly when you're sleeping on your side you need to have your shoulders over under the wing not in the middle where the neck area is

What do you do to get rid of the off-gas chemical smell?
Has to air out. Could take up to a week. It even recommends putting baking soda on it, leave it for awhile and then vacuum it off.

Don't listen to advertisements! ! ! I ordered this pillow with high hopes after reading the introduction of the advertisement. After receiving the product yesterday, I was very disappointed with the experience of using it one night. I did not feel the slightest sense of comfort and the feeling of curing insomnia... Just unbox my Sutra pillow and the chemical smell was overwhelming so I decided to wash it, big mistake now I have a sponge fill with water, in my opinion this pillow is a chemical hazard, don’t buy it.
