How come it has rich culture. The culture they follow is mostly from India. They have no culture of their own. This country came into existence around 8 decades ago.
What culture does India follow bud? The culture is not specific to the country, it's the people who are from diverse backgrounds, Indians, afghans, Persians, Central Asians, and Turkic. The same goes for India, whenever India was invaded the culture got mixed up with central Asians, afghanis, and even Aryas, the ethnic people of our region including India are traditionally dark-skinned and peasants. Ethnically pagans, later budhists, then hindus, then some conversated to islam, christianity, some migrants from persia and central asian countries. So no one has kept their culture pure. If you come to Sindh, we still have our own moen jo darro culture alive, and we are proud of it, although i am a muslim.

this brain drain will not stop till the ruling elite stops thinking that this brain drain is good as it will increase remittances. this is the height of short sightedness which may give u some additional remittances (that too most people use hundi hawala to send back so govt never receives it), but in long run even they will dry up as many ppl only send money which is required to sustain their family expenses there. and once most people move their families to the immigrated countries, these remittances will drop as well.
Pakistan, India, Indonesia, Philippines, China, Bangladesh and many other global south countries are all facing the same problem. But unfortunately the government of these countries are only doubling down on their own destructive policies instead of trying to right the wrong. I will say this to all of these countries it’s not your people’s fault that your country suck or your former colonizer’s as colonialism has stopped for at least 8 decades ago. But it’s due to your government imposing decades of corruption, authoritarianism, extremism and many other destructive policies. The global south will be the engine of growth for the world thanks to their vast population and natural resources but unfortunately the west will still be the one calling the shots thanks to their own stupid governments.
