Jacob, if you are in STL come to Springfield again. My husband just got a job at Wonders of Wildlife aquarium. They do more than meets the eye. They have currently sea turtles rescued from the east coast. they are being rehabiliated to be released back into the wild. They are not on display- just being given a helping hand in the back of the house. They do a lot of this kind of thing, and while they arent available to the public, I know a guy....seriously they are excited about what they do front of house and behind the scenes and I know they would be happy to give you a special tour. Love that you are out of Ohio.

I have had season tickets and loved it, but had no idea all that they really do behind the scenes until my husband started working for them this past November. They are relatively new to the scene and are always growing and expanding what they do. My husband is on a team that helps maintain all that and supports the inner workings that makes the place tick. such a cool vantage point to see it from.

May I just say that this is one of my favorite yearly excursions of yours. I always look forward to seeing Transworld and no one does the does the tour's better than you do.
This truly is an amazing convention, showing the other side of Halloween and Haunted shows. It really delivers the message on how much passion, love and art go into designing and creating all this stuff. Wonderful tour, and a fitting highlight to close the "choose your destination" adventure.
Hate I missed you at Transworld this year, but glad you got to run into Tristin, Crysta and so many others. You are definitely loved within the haunt community because you show us that very same love. Hope to see you at Arx Mortis soon. Be safe on your travels.
The person in the background on the right with long blonde hair gets shot right in the side of the head by compressed air at 18:49 while Jacob is talking to the animatronic Santa. You hear *POOOMF* and her hair flies. I had to pause the video because it made me laugh so hard. I think my sense of humor is broken.
Carpetbagger makes my day with every video. I get to see things I'd never be able to afford to travel and see on my own. Thank you so much! I imagine being on the road as much as you are must be absolutely draining. You do a lot for us. On a random side note, that "mechanic" who was "bad at protection" was on something.
In fairness to UPS they probably deliver the scariest things of all in the US like the energy bills and Jury duty. Theres a Vomiter here that became a bit of a landmark, on Regent street in Gt Yarmouth for as long as I can remember old Pukey has been spewing away outside the Joke shop, occasionally swapping his Vomits to a seasonal matching colour and oddly a welcoming sight whever I'm in town.
So interesting to see different styles of haunt items, so creative, especially liked the smoke cannon, it could be used in a lot of fun scenarios! Was weird to see the Christmas items in the same show.
Thank you so very much for these annual visits. They are a pure delight! I'm no longer in the haunt/costume business and I miss this show. Wonderful video tour and LOVE your enthusiasm for it all!
ME TOO! I am a born and raised St. Louis girl who has wandered away for the last 25 years. The Loo has always had great haunted houses. Better than most parts of the country I have since lived in and I am green with envy! Love that Jacob takes us there every year.

I remember the giant boar head. My former haunt (permanently closed down now) Xavier Haunted House had one which we affecitonetly named Bacon. The big creeper (green stilt walker one after the wasp people) is awesome. IF I could walk on stilts and had a pair of stilts, I'd try and build a stilt costume. As for the hearse, I've ridden in one for 2-3 years (wanted to ride in the casket my boss had in the back, but never did, always up front) and I loved riding in the hearse. For the record, YES it was actually used for funerals and actually did take have a casket in the back, NO it didn't have an actual corpse in it though.

Hey Jacob, I really just stumbled upon your videos a while back last year. Just here here or there, I don't mind you not uploading for a while since I also understand having to be exhausted even traveling once. Take a breather to relax, I had fun watching since it feels like I am able to travel through these video since I can't for now. I really like how much effort you put into the videos and seeing all sorts of sights just to converse what these places are really about. As well as finding some friends on your travels it looks. Best wishes for you and everyone else here.
