- Hey Guys, I know it's been a minute but here's how my Invisalign journey is going. I've actually come to the end of my initial 15 trays and I will upload an update chit chat on my experience so far and where my teeth are now in comparison to where they should be.

I did the exact same thing. I was always hesitant to check into braces/invisilign because I couldn't image not having a front gap. When they told me I didn't have to get rid of it to fix other gaps and flaring, I almost cried. I've got about a week left in my invisilign treatment and my front gap is smaller (they showed me beforehand how much it would change and I ok'd it) but definitely still there! I love it

You are the first person I found that did this process and kept their gap.
I have a front gap that I’m willing to close a little bit but not all the way. My concern is a couple of bottom gaps I want closed.

I have invisalign for crowding. I am also getting my top row gap back. Super excited about that - it's a family trait!!!😁
hope you've enjoyed the journey :) i removed my braces in august 2021 and very happy with results - so know what it's like starting such journey as an adult.

Track your smile on tray minder thats what I did. You can see the changes then when you think there hasnt been any by taking pictures as often as you wish per tray. Loved my journey.

I did the same! I didn't want my gap gone, just reduced as it was getting wider but unfortunately it is much smaller than I wanted. However, I do like outcome and I now smile like 😁 😂😆
lol I love it! Honestly, it makes such a difference to be happy with your smile... I'm looking forward to getting to that point too.

I have a gap and was considering keeping it when I get braces… but I saw via Instagram that you ended up getting traditional braces, and closing your gap. Was there something that made you change your mind?
Its amazing how quickly the correction can happen! My only concern is that the middle of your bottom teeth and the middle of your top teeth won’t align. That probably won’t matter though because all your teeth with be straight. I think I might look into getting Invisalign too. My teeth have changed so much with age.

Yes! my bottom has never aligned, I initially thought I could use this opportunity to do so but it's a whole tooth's width to move and I wouldn't have the space unless I took a tooth out lol It's never been noticeable to others anyway so I left it.

I chose to keep my gap. The retainer made it a bit narrower but....
