Why not remove the furniture? Now the carpet won’t be even. And you can never rearrange the furniture cause there will be clean areas and dirty spots where the furniture was

We had our carpets cleaned and then my wife said the walls needed paint because the clean carpet made them look “old”.. after the painting was done she said we needed all new furniture, point of my story is, I should insulated hardwood floors, it would of cost me less.

yes you need to move them before the technician gets there, once the carpet is been cleaned and dry then you may put them back on a dry carpet. carpet cleaners will not clean as you move things around, this is annoying, plus you will be stepping on the slippery solution and putting back the furniture on a damped surface can cause mold because underneath of the furniture where the carpet is damped will not dry up.

Well a thorough carpet cleaner would move the furniture across the room and then put protectors under the feet when replacing the furniture back to the damp carpet. We offer this at no additional cost for basics like sofas/recliners/coffee tables.
Truman is excellent at his work, I'm sure the customer just sisnt want to pay for the extra effort.

The solution once applied causes sometimes very dramatic shading depending on how much dust or dirt is in the carpet. Hope this helps.

It shouldn’t get that dirty unless they wear shoes inside and that brings dirt or just drag whatever from outside....I never let any1 walk inside my house with shoes.....who knows what shit is under the shoes......carpet shuold be walked on barefoot.......

I wish we could see it. There is another carpet cleaner here on RUclips who shows it every time after he has finished the job. That's really satisfying to see how much dirt comes out of the carpet.

Erika Arn if if someone is paying for a 200sq ft carpet to be done 200 sq ft should be done. Whenever I clean a persons carpet I move all that stuff to ensure it actually gets cleaned, it literally just takes a few minutes. Anything less is laziness

Diane Walker I have always cleaned the carpets at least once a month. I like to keep on top of the kid mess if possible.
Now when it's throughly dry, deep vacuum with your Kirby to lift out the remaining deeply embedded sand and grit.
Such great advice. I'm thinking of buying a nice extractor and I used to sell Kirby's and thought that would be a great idea to combine the two💕

I love a glide, but man I hate the lines that they leave behind. You always have to rake every job because of them. Always looks streaked.
I used a steam cleaner on a similar carpet and it left lines like this and the client wasn’t happy. When it’s a light carpet the lines are so much more noticeable.
I LIVE for the lines. Prefer the W? or what I call the triangles tho. I feel like no lines means I didn’t do anything otherwise.
Mowers that leave lines in the grass v satisfying also
Love these videos especially after I deep cleaned my living room carpet. Didn’t make a big difference since I found the solution tank after mixing the hot water with solution🤦🏻♀️ & didn’t pretreat😬 I can only imagine how well it would’ve looked. Least I have more rooms to do it right in

As a carpet cleaner watching him walking all over the place and not moving couch, and then skipping bits to come back on himself he’s doing a good job though. Always satisfying to see a well cleaned carpet.

I will never understand people that see it as normal and acceptable to come from outdoors and then just walk straight into the house, dragging dog poop and all kinds of crap with them in and around the house. It's unhygienic and just dirty. It's simply disgusting. In Sweden no one walk s in with shoes on and even guests are expected to take off their shoes in the hall way just inside the outer door. It's concidered as very rude and disrespectful to walk into someones house without taking off the shoes. We like our homes clean . This kind of filth you would never see in a Swede's home.

No joke I have a feeling this is how my living room would be. My dad lived alone for 14 years and broke 3 shampooers (they built up with mud that bad) and no matter what i do or how long i clean the carpets they never get clean. We also have a hole in the floor in our livingroom so I'm embarrassed to have someone come to clean them.
I lived exactly that way my entire life, so I understand and empathize! For years, our floor was just raw plywood. It's exhausting trying to keep dilapidated things just barely maintained, much less clean. I hope some day it gets easier for you, either with not being too embarrassed to get help or finally having money to get quality help that will fix it for you and not just "patch it", or finally getting things to a maintainable level for yourself, whatever it takes. 💘 Just know you're not alone and a lot of people out here understand

He does tell some clients that it's time to replace the carpet. But many can't afford to replace it, so they clean it instead to make the living conditions more livable and hygienic.
most times if the choice is between a few thousand to replace, vs a few hundred to clean most people decide to clean...the videos you see of extremely dirty carpets being cleaned, the homeowner has made the decision against replacement and calls a carpet cleaner...also many people rent, and their only option is to get them clean...
Well by looks of things the rest of areas are not that clean. So the dirt from other floors will just get tracked right back in. God bless them.

My uncle's and my dad have carpet cleaning businesses..its so calming to watch someone move the wand. Growing up I would go on jobs, I was the hose lady and would move the lines out of the way as to not tangle in their feet, with gloves the water line is HOT! It's an interesting business, very good way to make a living!🖒

Probably didn’t move the furniture because the customer only wanted to pay for traffic areas only, it’s more money to do wall to wall. Most of this is from lack of vacuuming.

How is the carpet so evenly dirty? Usually you get the walking paths dirty but areas next to walls aren't as dirty.

I ask all my guests not to eat in the rooms and take their shoes off. What do they do walk in with muddy shoes sit ON THE BEDS with them and spill shit all over my floors. The whole house is wood and tile except the bedrooms but it’s the one place they all eat and drink and walk on with shoes. So this is how my carpet looks 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️

If this is the dirtiest carpet known to man I don’t want to know what they would say about my old farm house. The carpets are orange and from the early 90’s, if they used these machines on my floors it would probably just disintegrate on the spot 🤣

I had carpet on a job today that was worse than this but carpet itself was in good condition. I use what you use as in prochem fiber rinse and extreme clean by choice pro and it didn’t come out this good so this was most likely just dirt dirt and kid messes and no soil that I had which was largely black top residue from the parking areas tracked in cause I tested this by wiping my shoe bottom w a white towel . So my question is for tan or off white carpets with heavy petroleum based product tracking and tar and tire residue etc, what would you use ?
