We visit with the Newbury Park High team for an early morning workout the week of the Arcadia Invitational 2021. Hear team member goals for the meet. My son was just there from the Midwest and he shaved 15 sec off his time... At his rate he will break the 9 min barrier, his PR in the Mile is 4:12 with one last Track Season to go then off to run D1 in College.. Great video, inspiring!
