I've often wondered the same thing: we know Crowley loves and cares about Aziraphale, but he repeatedly pressures him into murder Adam, a part-human child, which is an act he know the angel finds abhorrent and he cannot bring himself to do. That seems cruel and it contradicts everything else we know about Crowley.
Tbh, I think it's just the fact that Crowley knows the best course of action is likely to kill Adam, but he can't bring himself to do it either. Plus, even if he could, he could get in ENORMOUS trouble for it. His side is supposed to protect and encourage the Antichrist.... that's literally his boss' child. If Aziraphale does it, it's just another example of Heaven thwarting Hell.
David Morrissey was on _The Walking Dead_ and also on _Doctor Who_ (I don't know how much you've seen of that). He and David Tennant also co-starred in the musical crime drama, _Blackpoole._
I enjoyed your giggles over "Did you count their nipples?" about the aliens. I found Shadwell's obsession over nipples one of the funniest jokes in the show. Also, I do think Crowley secretly likes humans themselves at least somewhat.
Anathema, yes. Which is also a word, whose usual meaning is something bad or disliked. "People who leave spoilers in the comments are anathema to me." An earlier meaning is to be dedicated to something. And Anathema is dedicated to saving the world. (In the book, I think her mother didn't know the meaning but thought it was pretty. It's kind of better if she did know, though, don't you think?)

It's not unsafe or anything, I'm just doing a lot of couch hopping and don't have anywhere to record. Hoping the situation rectifies itself soon!
