      @Maryam-Ghazi 4 дня назад

      @mr.o.bsurplus1973 Juzakiallah for replying. My problem is burning more calories. I live with a large family, meaning there is no place to work out alone. Also, taking walks / jogs / runs is out of the picture because 1. I am a niqabi (alhamdulilah), and 2. My parents do not like me out of the house too much. Also, no gym near me has private rooms or are for females only. I'm not sure what to do.

    People seem to ignore the fact that when someone, lets say a shaykh is promoting fitness that does not mean that they are ultimately shaming those who are in-able to, rather they are encouraging those who can but wont. People now are so focused on being "woke" and trying to please other by not looking at what's right, I really respect these people for encouraging other muslim brothers to be in shape! not just being in shape but just being healthy may allah guide us all and thank you for posting brother.

The reason why in al qiyama there will be true justice is because Allah, the MOST POWERFUL AND MERCIFUL*, will be the one to establish it. It’s a possibility that the Shaykhs may not be fat, however, it maybe the attire or garments (thobes) they wear are loose and not tight fitting etc as I was walking through a waiting room and a patient said in a quiet tone to another, I quote, in Mirpuri: “She’s massive!” I overheard this comment but just walked ahead as people will talk if one’s good and equally backchat, if one isn’t. I think they fail to realise that a Muslim woman has to wear a loose fitting dress (abaya) in public.

But then I found no proofs about it being haram ( to starve yourself in order to be skinnier and perhaps prettier) and if I die from it is it considered suicide since I knew its consequences and did it by choice? idk I'm so confused in life tbf

If you want to advise the brother go ahead and talk to him privately, posting videos and talking bad about them won't help. I can't understand why people like to ignore all the good others have done and pay great attention to the few mistakes.

    The only disability is of the heart....
    When you are dishonest, your heart will expose itself, as to where exactly your Faith lies...
    Having a healthy mentality is a goal. Follow it with effort. You won't "feel" "personally attacked".
    And still, be grateful that you were able to detect that default, so you can correct yourself, so you can learn... before you no longer can.
    Beauty is of the heart. And reality is there are terribly ugly ones among them. A harsh truth. No need for desperate validation to accept the Truth. Nor despair.
    Seek to increase your Iman.
    Allah Will Increase you in beauty inside & out. Your best guess: Rasoolullahi Sallallahu Alaihi Va Sallam.
    And Islam is Perfect in Moderation. And its Perfection itself grants us the best moderation.
    The beauty of a Mu'min is indeed like the smell of a good meal.... its fragrant cannot be hidden, even to those who can't breathe it fully...
