I normally don't like remixes but I this one is special. It has a powerful feeling. The first time I listened to it many years ago I fell in love with it and today I'm still feeling that passion. It truly shows what Zelda is all about.
Same here. If you don’t already know, maybe you try the ballad of the Windfish remake, it’s really powerful as well and Transports the emotions of the original really well.

This just reminds me of how every 3D Zelda since Ocarina has been hated at launch by fans, but eventually ended up getting the love it deserved.

I feel especially bad for Skyward. It achieved something the Kinect and PS Move could only hope to achieve. And it's hated for that very reason. Was it perfect? No. But man, it gave it the old college try. And it succeeded on so many levels. For the ''start'' of the franchise story wise, it did really good. If there's a silver lining, it will eventually be a lot of people's favourite Zelda. As soon as the new one comes out and people hate it for no reason. Just reinforces the biggest problem with the Zelda community. They hate change.
I totally agree. I loved Skyward, and I honestly don't see why people hate it.

flashdrive Now put that kind of stuff you saw in skyward in a zelda as large as skyrim, and that's what's supposed to be the next zelda.
Only time will tell if they achieved that feat.

How do you cosplay someone like Toon Link? Do you have to wear a big head or something? I can see someone doing maybe normal adult Link, he has normal proportions. Toon link has a head as big as his body!
You don't have to wear a big head, his arms are also pretty long for his body and do I have long arms? No. It doesn't care if your body proportions are not "perfect" for a character, if a cosplay would be perfect the person needs to be polygons or totally flat like paper :D
I'll never forget that first time I heard the sound on the gamecube after pressing start on the windwaker homescreen. Such a unique chime compared to anything I had heard until then. Some things stick with us forever.
Years later and this remains one of my favourite Zelda remixes.
The music of Zelda has created a world all it's own. It's the part of the games I cherish the most, and what defines the experience for me. I play that 25th anniversary orchestrated cd in my car, and I feel awesome doing it.

I can hear the theme of many of the Links from throughout the series... It's amazing.. Even though WW's Link isn't of the same bloodline as the others, they're still connected... That's pretty epic. No wonder I love Zelda so much.

This song is sooo good, it just sums up the whole of the Zelda franchise which is indeed the most beautiful, Epic and genius game franchise in gaming history.
This song gave me nostalgia for something I never experienced
I'm the guy that wrote this remix and I enjoy a good dubstep tune every once in a while. I think that it's important to not be snobby about music. People have different tastes and I don't really think it's right to just categorize dubstep as "noise." Electronic genres of music (like dubstep) are not as easy to produce or as mindless to arrange in as you may think.
I think that "true" LoZ fans are the ones who know that Koji's tunes have a wonderful core that shines through in any genre. :)

I got the collector edition on gamecube and the game is great but if you dont have any of the consoles just get an emulator on Android or pc ?

Dolphin is the only Wii/GC emulator. If I'm wrong, still it is the best emulator in existence. I'm talking any console, Dolphin is the most well-optimized and easy to use.

Zelda OoT was the first game I ever finished. The original Zelda was the first game I ever picked up on my own. Zelda's in my blood and this song speaks to that legacy that just transcends generations. Thanks, FireoftheNight, for doing great justice for one of the greatest video game series of all time.

someone can remember this music was made for a project called Z or something like that? was an animation of link. Telling us the story of the hero, you know... the 3 goddesses creating the earth, water, and nature( 0:01 - 1:50) Then at that moment link shows up with a cloack in a place where the master sword rests ( 1:51 ) then link takes off the cloack and aproches to the the master sword and pick it up ( 2:24 ) the pillars of the sages arround the master sword starts lighting up and trails of light, surround link and teleported him to a castle ( 2:50 ) and when link aproached to the entrance ( 3:10 ) we could see ganondorf was looking for him ( 3:18 ) and then starts the fight sword with sword ( 3:30 ), as always, link wins the battle, after he pierced his stomach with the sword ( 3:56) we can see how ganondorf is losing his triforce power and in the link´s hand we can see the ganon´s triforce piece ( 3:57 - 4:07 ) and to finish we see the same lights as on the pillars and teleports link to the triforce chamber and thats the end. ( 4:08 - 4:28)

This is a masterpiece of reorchestration. Praise aside, this version of "Legendary Hero" makes me think of an epic training montage spread out over a decade or so (and not comical in any way).
