Nice to try out the nice restaurants. A smaller city with great charm, worth the visit! In the winter, the whole city belongs to you! Cold outside but warm and elegant inside.🥰😋
Dijon is an awesome city,,, Escargots, Moutard, Burgundy wine and old buildings are fantastic! Thank’s for sharing this fantastic video,,,two thumbs up,,,! Fully watched and subscribed! Best regards from Indonesia,,,!
The American writer Henry MILLER was the English assistant at the grammar-school of Dijon (lycée Carnot) before WWII. He wrote about his year there, and compared the city inhabitants to their gargoyles. LOL
Great video, thank you! Looks very walkable too. I am going soon and our hotel appears to be a 30 min walk and I was concerned it would be tricky. The wine and food looked 🤤
Thanks Katie. You will love it there. Yes, everywhere is walkable, especially this time of year. We were there when it was a little colder in mid-December. Thanks for watching!!
Prices vary. I would imagine the hotel prices vary by season. We were there during off season and during Omicron. As far as food goes, you can do the $300 dinners if you choose or do more simpler meals in the bistros.
You have presented a fantastic and beautiful video on Dijon. Almost as good as visiting in person or maybe better. My only suggestion would be to brush up on your French pronunciation. ❤
Thanks for watching Fredrik, that said, this is a travel vlogging channel, and showing hotels is something we do. And believe it not, people actually do have interest in accommodations when planning a trip somewhere.

Out of curiosity, what would be the cost of the 2 michelin star dinner?
Thanks Paulo!! I believe our dinner was around $350 total for the two of us.
Rach usually seems sad or down. You are much more upbeat
I was thinking the same!!!
I would be jumping up and down with excitement if I were there!
Same observation.

I'm going to Dijon next week and was looking for decent eateries.
Awesome. Thanks for watching. Can’t go wrong with any of the ones we shown.

Thank you Anthony. Appreciate the kind words. We do our best with the French words, but I know, it’s a disaster. Glad you liked the video!!!

Please explain….
4:47 The former parliament of Burgundy. Now the city hall of Dijon, and the municipal museum in the right wing.
