you certainly can. all of these commands can be put into a batch script I used to have one for entering an ADB shell and executing an ADB settings command that would manually set the screen timeout to a custom number (I do this with a quick settings tile + root, now) but for months I did it with a BAT file

I uninstalled some sticky apps from my mi box android TV using this way and it did work just fine however few minutes later the apps are back again, any idea how to remove them permanently? P.S. I didn't install any updates
was an OTA update installed after you removed them? OTA updates are known to bring back some of these apps. the OEM could technically have a service running at all times to check and make sure they're installed. but I haven't found a device that does this yet (or just haven't used it on the right device/app)
@@tahartaouaga I don't think so. there's usually not a history/log of when OTA updates were installed. most of the time it's obvious on the phone cause we have to reboot it. but android TV devices like to update in the background (in my experience) I would try again and see if they immediately come back. if they don't then it was likely an OTA update that added them back and you'll just have to repeat the steps each time one installs (or disable automatic OTA updates). if they do quickly come back though, then it is likely the OS that is actively watching them and putting them back. the method I would use to do a permanent removal is to actually delete them from the system folder with root access
